Had an absolute blast with you man!!! I didn't realize until I started editing that i barely got any footage cuz i was so busy chatting 🤣 thanks so much for coming over to hunt and hang out with me! Already looking forward to the next time!!! Also have another box i gotta send to you 😁
Awesome video. The Yellowstone is many peoples bucket list! It is mine, but to do it with Theo Kellison , is a dream come true for many of us! Awesome hunt ! That TSA is awesome! As were many of them! What amazing time you had! Thanks Jason!❤
@@RockhoundingLife that's incredible! I do love them! And he actually found one when he and Alexis were on their drive, cross country to florida, and he just knew I would love it and brought it home for me! Lol! Thanks Jason!
I live in Billings and am relatively new to rockhounding. I met Theo and Alexis at last year's gem show here in town. We hosted the National convention! Awesome bucket list experience! ~ Michelle Moore
Thanks so much for sharing, what a fun video! I think Montana is on every rockhounders bucket list 😀 Lucky you getting to hang out with the great Theo K! It's so much fun when TH-camrs meet up and share their gifts and passions. You both found some really beautiful rocks, wow! And thanks to your boys too for filming and the funny bloopers 😅
I loved the opening and the out takes at the end. Thanks to you Theo, and the boys for the collaboration. What a fun trip to the yellowstone. You found some of the beauties they are famous for. I love the slabs. I can't wait to see what you do with them. Keep having fun. See y'a next time. 😷⚒
I seen Theo’s video and didn’t realize it was you! Glad you’re able to meet up with him. One day I’d love to visit Montana. That is the prettiest TSA I’ve seen any of the rockhounds have found. Jaspers are my favorite. Agates are very pretty too.
I got to go in August. I hired a boat and took my daughter and granddaughter. As Katydid says….So many beautiful rocks! Thanks for sharing. Theo is a good host to you.
I totally agree that it’s super hard to spot the big agates! Been a few times with Travis from 406 findings and he made it look soooo easy! Pet wood though, i got that down as well lol! Actually thinking i might hit up Billings at the end of the month. Wanna do sapphires in Helena first.
No worries at all! Theo told me how busy you are. It was kind of last minute. Next time i'll give you guys plenty of notice. Hope all is well with you!
What a special experience for you! Great video from 2 of my favorite Rockhounds. I’m sure you are saving up and planning your next adventure to the Yellowstone River! 😊
Facts, the NATS are not like the expos! Lol unfortunately I wasn't old enough to see them at the height (12\31\1992) but in loved them in 1999 and early 2000s and 2004 was heart breaking to say the least, betrayal.
Im a trucker out of Billings Montana and deliver rebar. So i get fo to sites where the huge piles of rocks have never seen the sun before. I have been able to collect about three tons of petrified wood agatized and jasperized wood as well as normal agate and jasper as well as jasper/agate mixed. I've also found hundreds of pounds of various other stones like serpentine, garnet, saphires, wonderstone, and some fossils. I also got about half of fossilized tree with some agate banding just outside of Gardiner.
"i wanna go to some of my bucket list places" the bucketlist places • the most depressed city in america aka the city in which i live i guess im going rockhunting more around town instead of leaving lmao
@RockhoundingLife are they like mosquitos, do they bite. Why are there so many, with that noise I thought there was some machinery running in the background

Thanks Lisa! I gifted Theo a Stromatolite from NS on this trip and first thing he said was that you were getting a slab of it because you like them!

Definitely my bucket list to go out on the Yellowstone river to rock hound. Not that far from where I live in Wyoming.

Well as a new rockhounder you couldn't ask for a better place to start your rockhounding journey!

@@RockhoundingLife a pretty big totally agatized limb cast, and pretty much smaller variety of everything there. Beautiful day.
So fun to watch this hunt from different perspectives. Thank you🌞
I grew up playing along the river there. I see a lot of good skipping rocks.😊

Looks like the adventure of a lifetime! ❤ some beautiful rocks you found!

11:47 I've seen Lake Michigan lightning rocks that kind of look like these.
That was fun! So glad y'all were able to get together for a hunt.
You are going to have an incredible story to look back at one day! Super cool trip, amazing tour guide to hang out with! Thank you Jason and Theo!!

Wow, those rocks are amazing! 😍
The dendrites on the Montana Agate were really beautiful.
Great for you brother!! Glad you could make the trip!! And I'm probably the only 1 who will recognize this, but cool Expos hat!! Love Expos!!! 😂
I grew up watching the Expos in the 80's. They were my team. Couldn't follow them to Washington though.
Facts, the NATS are not like the expos! Lol unfortunately I wasn't old enough to see them at the height (12\31\1992) but in loved them in 1999 and early 2000s and 2004 was heart breaking to say the least, betrayal.
