Another small but wonderful village not far from Rome.
A place of just over 3000 inhabitants that multiply 4 times in the summer.
The ancient Romans discovered its beauty.

My ancestral hometown is Arce, also about halfway between Roma and Napoli, but inland along Via Casilina, maybe 20-25km north of the l'abbazia di Monte Cassino. From there, the drive to Sperlonga is less than an hour and is such a beautiful drive through the mountains. Thank you for sharing your trip to Sperlonga with us. It brings back a great memory from my last visit to the town in 2017.
