    Just stick to it and you get stronger 💪💪💪! I'm 68 and I know that as long as I'm able to do this, I'm not old. Your body can improve even if you are no longer in your first prime. TY so much for your calming and encouraging, no nonsense attitude.

    Today, I had zero motivation to finish the third 30 minute workout for the week. BUT, it’s not about motivation. It’s about discipline, dedication and commitment so, I brought it! I just finished and feel much better. I always regret not doing a workout but NEVER regret doing one! Your workouts are the only ones I’ve stayed dedicated to and I’m grateful! Thank you! I’ve been doing your workouts for 3 months and see small changes. It’s hard to body recomposition while going through menopause but this is not a race. It’s a marathon and I’m here for it.

      Thank you for such an awesome workout, yes at 65 it works for me. Can you tell me how many calories are burned in a 40 minute workout? Being a diabetic I track everything that I eat as well as my workouts. Thanks again!!

      Is it better to do one of your works three times a week and then move to another work the next week for 3 days or should you mix and match three works per week?

    At 61 yrs of age I have struggled to find workouts that really speak to me. Your full body workouts are 100% perfect! They are just the right amount of time, and I feel like I’ve worked really hard by the end. I think your full body workouts will be my go-to style for now.     I am LOVING these. 30 minute full body workouts!!! They are so challenging and get my heart pumping too! I have never been so consistent with workout in my life. Your workouts are so worthwhile, there's no fluff. I get in, get it done, and actually enjoy the process so much. So grateful for what you've blessed us with.

    Thank You Cee for another amazing workout. Loved this on. Have been following your workouts consistently for 18 months and lost 7 inches off my waist, 3 off thighs and 2.5 off arms. Super elated. Overall weight loss of 42lbs. Only 5lbs off from my ideal. At 56, not super active, semi retired, I am so grateful for inspiring me to get off my backside and lift weights. GBU😘

    Just started 2 weeks ago did the beginner ones now onto these series. I’m 62 had shoulder surgery 18 months ago no building strength again. I can modify how heavy to go for my ability. I’m really loving your workouts thank you 😊

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    Just completed this one for the third time. I’m in week four. Starting to see/feel the progressive overload and I’m realizing I’ll need to go out and grab some bigger weights soon.     Too many workout routines feel hurried, don't focus enough on good form, and/or are filled with constant chatter and cheers. While the tempo and cheerleading may work for some people, I find it distracting and off-putting. That's why I am SO glad I found Lift with Cee two months ago. I love Cheryl's calm, focused, yet encouraging demeanor. I am currently working my way through her playlist with 30-minute full-body dumbbell workouts (performing each one 3x per week) and plan on moving on to the 40-minute full-body workout playlist after that. Thank you, Cheryl, for your generosity in sharing this fantastic collection of workouts for free!

    I am 65 years old and had many body injuries. Have now done Day 1 - Day 3. Super sore after first day, less sore on second day, feeling good now.     I love the pacing of your workouts. As a 56 year old woman who has been lifting weights for years, I find I am getting more benefits from the structure of your workouts at this time of my life than I was doing workouts with multiple compound exercises. I really like the structure of these new workouts with more leg work.

    Loving these workouts Cheryl! This is my fourth workout. You are kicking this 55 year old butt. Power lifted in high school, until I hurt my back. I have been wanting to get strong again, but I don't like going to gyms. Love that your workouts require minimal equipment.     Love these workout. Coming off a 2 yr recovery and as a 63 yr old, this is ideal for getting up and running again. Even after the first workout I mentally became my old self! Working out is my soul food and to not be able to and watch my muscles atrophy has been alarming. This is SO welcomed. Thank you.

    Phew! That was a challenging yet achievable workout. I was expecting to hear "and you made it!", but then there was a fourth set! Thanks for the additional ab work. I definitely need it.
