I just love that you are saving these pieces ♥️ Our society is such a throw-away world now. Nothing is made to last 😢 so it makes my heart happy to save our history . I love that you were able to rescue so many items from the landfill. I literally get heartburn when I hear “the family brought in a dumpster…”. So many smalls left in that house that I would be happy to follow behind you and do a second (or even third) pick!
I love this type of salvage/rescue treasure hunting. I'm of the same frame of mind: cleaning and revitalization is definitely better than dumping old stuff.

What an absolute shame somebody would let that absolutely gorgeous antique furniture just rot away in a barn. A piece of history is now gone. That could have been put in somebody's home and looked gorgeous if it was not ruined.
So sad that a family let so many great things deteriorate. Kudos to you for trying to save some of it. I also would like to know the cleaner and polish you used as someone else mentioned. Great work, Guys!!
Just found your channel and enjoyed every second! While I’m a lot older this content reminds me of “junkin” with my parents as a young girl! I remember the smell of the old books, furniture etc of really old antique stores and the quest for the extra special! Like prints of Currier Ivys stuck into an old book and forgotten until a little maybe 6 yr old found! I still remember showing my dad and him saying “you want that book?” Sure did! Haha thanks I’m gonna binge watch now! Thanks for the video and the memories of junkin! Those were the days!
Don't be trying to lift things and mess up body !!! I already had a ragged back before pulling and hauling on my mother 3 yrs ago and I have been terrible ever since. I have bone on bone ! That's not easy fix. I won't have a fusion done because I lost a friend 20 yrs ago that went to have one done. Like Ms Pat Said Y'all !!!!! Be Healthy Please !!!
Omg. Please wear face masks the next time you go into a place with fiberglass insulation. Also, you should have taken that old wooden wagon -- amazing!
