In this episode, a review of the V1 generator and the V2 cogenerator along with a small failure of the PV installation. From what I saw, the last start-up of the mower unit was 17 months ago and of the V2 unit 14 months ago. It's time to perform a small inspection of the technical condition of the equipment so that it is available and functional when necessary. From what I have noticed, I need to finish the electrical installation in the V2 cogenerator, so that it is functional enough to produce electricity if necessary. In fact, I need to see how the gasoline in the tank works, because it is not the newest one, and maybe I will add a pressure indicator to the gasoline line for better control. condition of the gasoline supply line. I have to think of something to clean the inside of the combustion chamber because what is attached to the exhaust valves does not look very healthy - does anyone know where such "flowers" come from in the combustion chamber?
I was positively surprised by the fact that it was so easy to start the mower unit, an oil change was necessary because the amount of glitter in the oil is disturbing, I don't want to lose this engine because it is already a combination of several engines and starting another "corpse" is not easy and pleasant .
I have to bring the installation to a state of readiness in case there is a demand for energy, unfortunately the weather has not been very kind lately, the last network outage lasted 17 hours and fortunately the batteries were able to cope and I powered most of the house along with the Internet, but the next 17 hours I don't know how to look like without mains power and without starting the generator. Especially since the fridge was working all the time because I was "filling the fridge up to the max" and there was no electricity and the fridge wanted to stop freezing and cooling...
It is possible that I will be able to start the project in the near future when I finish the work in the basement and house... but time will tell how it will work out in practice
