I know this would slow down the line but I think they should make it mandatory to watch this video because a lot of guests rush to get to the end of the line and then become super confused. The first time I rode it, we didn’t stop to watch the video cause the lightning lane had no wait and I didn’t realize that you were supposed to cross the track behind the vehicle to get to the far seat.
Also we had an inconvenient experience on this ride recently. We were staying at the Swan and decided to get mobile tickets. However the locker readers don’t recognize mobile tickets even though Disney now *prefers* them over the key cards or maybe even the MagicBands. So we ended up asking for those white locker cards. We usually got two and only one worked.
This needs to be addressed.
would have been cooler if lora and yori are the master of ceremonies in tron lightcycle/runner. all starts first in an Encom facility where Lora tells the guests everything inportend and then transports them to the digital world. in the lightcycle arena, then takes yori the lead.
to bad that cindy has passed away.
