The characters of Ka and Suhad had me boiling with rage. Why oh why did the creators mess up Tut and Ankhe's relationship?

Their chemistry was amazing. I loved them, especially Ankhe. She was my favorite character of the series.

I'm so disappointed at this series. They fucking ruined their whole relationship. Scientific research shows that Tut and Ankhe loved each other above everything.
I was hoping that they might come to realize their love for each other slowly but that shit never happened. Instead Ankhe used Tut for her own selfish desires and manipulated him.
Real Shame
I mean, there's very little surviving information about Ankhesenamun, and a lot of the artwork displaying their affection is meant to be political and highly visible. Its all incredibly symbolic.
They needed each other in a very tumultuous time in Egypt and to stand as a united front above everything else. We will never know for sure if they really had romantic love or not.

It can be really hard finding a video about these two and you not only made one but a great one, thank you! Do you know where the scene between 0:02 to 0:03 is from? The one she is in a green dress. I'm rewatching the series but couldn't find it in it.
I'm sorry I don't remember the scene. I used the promotional videos from Spike's TH-cam Channel. (I didn't use the full episodes for this edit so I'm not sure it even was in the final cut)

Não é. Se você visse o amor que a história mostra que Tut e Ankhe sentiam um pelo outro. Eles passaram por muita coisa juntos e tinham menos de três oi dois anos de diferença.
Tut não teve outra esposa real além dela e quase tudo sobre ele sempre tinha imagens dela perto fazendo companhia.
A tal amante do Tut e o amante da Ankhe fora inventados. Acho que não colocaram a verdade sobre os dois por causado incesto, mas sabemos que isso acontecia no passado. É triste porque eles se amavam.

It’s not a movie but a short tv series. It’s based around the Pharaoh Tutankhamen. The show is called TUT and it is 3 episodes long.

This is just crap, like it or not. The series producers should have come up with something a bit more credible and true to what has been discovered about the boy king so far. The latter’s wife, for instance, desperately tried to marry a Hittites prince when Tut died, trying to avoid the inevitable oblivion (and possible murder) by the hand of Vizier Ay.
All in all, in this miniseries Egypt is depicted as some century-old Theme park (quite a cheap one for sure), where pharaohs wear sneakers with thick rubber soles (especially when jumping from high ramparts), are already familiar with the term “quarantine” and their wives are extremely fond of glittering nail polish! Not to mention some ridiculous hieroglyphs which not only make no sense at all, and Ben Kingsley’s thick cotton sock with sandals.
Why didn’t they browse AT LEAST one real history book about ancient Egypt? Why spoiling the whole show with some ridiculous and very cheap B-movie like moviemaking? They might have given Tut a Casio G-Shock watch as well, to be worn along with his outrageously stupid jewelry and garments!
