Yoga Dance Flow - winter holiday edition

A yoga flow for a cold day while at home for the holidays. Practicing in a warm studio with several distractions in the form of visits from my puppy! Transitions including flowing through bird of paradise, visvamitrasana, eka pada koundinyasana and variations of fallen angel.
