I just discovered you today via Adam Conover’s recent video (How Google RUINED the Internet). Because I had just purchased a large room air purifier on the 24th of this month after reading about various ones, I was thrilled to learn about your site and had to check it out. So I popped over and found the article about the best air purifiers to buy in 2024 (posted on the 24th, to my amusement) and lo and behold! -The very air purifier I purchased was listed as the top pick for large spaces! The Levoit Core 600S. Phew! I did good. And I must say, after leaving the Levoit 600S running for 6 hours in the basement I went down there and the air was CRISP! I had taken out the smaller air purifier that had been there (a BlueAir Pure 511, which is ok and now lives in my office, but is made for smaller spaces and it is also a PAIN to change the pre-filters and main filters on - so much so, I won’t be getting another like it.) I’m so glad you’re out here doing the work. Thank you. New subscriber! I’ll be letting others know about your site and videos.
Glad our pick aligned with the unit you decided on! Awesome review. I have a feeling Levoit will earn back the HEPA term. I just bought this and am super impressed with it. Also like how the carbon filter is behind the HEPA as I think it may make the carbon last longer.
Its a solid unit for sure and I hope that Levoit get the HEPA badge back soon. I know some people perfer the carbon first but I'm not sure if it matters too much.
I've always had Sharp plasma cluster for the last 16 years. But it's starting to get harder to find filters now. So think i should look at something new this looks good. Wondering this or the winix 5500 unit. I'm in Canada. Does the sensor pickup smells and particles. Our sharps do that. Only downside is the filter on this unit is 1year. We change the Sharp every 2.
I remember the Plasma Cluster being well rated at the time. The Winix 5500-2 is a good alternative that also has the option of ionizer. The sensors is only gas/small sensor. The vital 200s has an app and bonded filter of combined carbon and particle and a particle sensor. Have got a video comparing both but still in editing. Do sharp still make air purifiers?

Is the non-HEPA rated filter on this device inferior? I need a high-quality filter. Should I consider or reject the filter in this or the Everest model and look at other brands?
The filters are not HEPA graded filters as originally marketed but will likely be a lowe grade like H11 or H12. But this is not actually a bad thing for a device like this as lower grade HEPA can still remove all particles and can actually be more effective as they allow more airflow vs H13. Hi. I have a question. The levoit you tested removed pm1 particles in 21 minutes but I've read online that if the filter is brand new it actually, to begin with, adds pollutants to the room to begin with because it is off gassing but in your test it removed them without adding, in 21 minutes. I'm wondering what your thoughts are on that. Also, I have a levoit core 300 with a new toxin filter. Do you know if the levoit core 300 can remove pm1 particles? I would be grateful for a reply. Thank you 👍
Maybe it releases some gasses but not particulates. If you look at the test video you will see it does remove all PM1 in a room of 728 cubic feet in 21 minutes so yes does work for particles this size. I haven’t noticed any off gassing with new filters.
All these pellet carbon filters can be placed on the sun(when the sun is highest in the sky) for two hours to recharge them. I do it once a month. If you smell the pellet side of the filter and it stinks then it is time to recharge. You can defenitely tell the difference afterwards. You can do this several times during the year until you notice that the sun no longer makes a difference, then it is time to throw it away.
In the manual for the Winix 5500-2 they mention cleaning the carbon filters that come with that device and then leaving to try but don't mention the Sun - maybe they should!
This is a myth and not true. It may help remove some very minor impurities but not make any real difference and will not recharge the carbon what so ever.
Thanks for all the effort you put into these reviews Danny, greatly appreciated. I was planning on getting the Vital 100s but I'm concerned that CADR is based on highest fan speed. If noise is a concern would it make sense to get the 200s and run it at a lower speed to get the same cleaning power as the 100 on high?
Thanks for the kind words! Sorry I didn't make it clearer in the original review but yes I would if you can get the 200S and run it quieter for the same power as the 100. I just know some people don't want a device as big as 200S but if you can do it, then that would be my recommendation.
Can you do me a favor? Trying to get my first air purifier . Between this and the Winix 5500 , which one works best for Pet hairs? I have a heavy shedding cat
Both will be good for pet hairs as both have removal pre-filters. The difference between the two is the non-bonded filter with the Winix 5500 and bonded and app support with the Vital 200S. I will do a video that compares both in detail with all data soon.
@@HouseFresh wow, interesting. all in all, this kind of trickery with words does not make me trust them too much... Also, they have a Proposition 65 warning on their website about this product... that it has lead in it and the product potentially causes cancer, so I'm going to choose another brand.
@@lamaadministrator2595 Yeah, I noticed this also once it was delivered. HEPA indication is removed from the filter. Anyway, this is for my cat's room so I'm not worried that much. Testing removing particles and smell is working just fine. (Many people burn tree leaves in my area and it can handle the smell and smoke without any problem.) From red back to blue in around an hour. (20 sq.m. room with air condition active)
I have this one and love it! Questions: - 1. Are the generic filters just as good as the Levoit filters? - 2. How do I know that the carbon filter needs to be changed? I've had it for about a year, and I've changed the filter once, based on when the app said to change it.
Glad to know it's working for you. 1. I have tested quite a few and most are just as good although some have more carbon which reduces particle performance but makes them better at odors. 2. Best way for knowing the carbon is done is smell, if it gives off any weird smells its time to replace. The carbon usually goes much earlier than the particle filter. Hope that helps!
Hello Danny I am the guy that’s learning a lot ONLY from your channel mate that lives in Spain in super polluted are and recent paint. Finally I have my alsmost final distribution. Chicken: Coway 400for fumes and smells. Living room: Dyson formaldehyde tp 09 ( discovered it sensors are very good cause they give almost same readings than my 3 Awair Element and a Winix Zero Pro plus a Coway 150,,,so 3 purifiers in living room Pd I have to tell something about this,, before I had the 2 Winix with the Dyson there and VOC didn’t go barely down,,, I took a Winix out of there and since I replaced it with another the Coway 150 since then vOC levels have dropped tested with Dyson sensors and awair element . Working room: 2 Winix zero pro Bedroom: 1 Coway 150 Wife bedroom: Levoit vital 200s,,, which I am one I am disappointed. Since day one emits a strange sweet smell that I read it’s a common complaint of some people. Seems the filter produces an acid ( forgot the name). It’s unfortunate I cannot return it,,, but I am gonna ask for a replacement. Pd,, seems this issue is happening with the vital 100 and vital 200. I would have liked to buy an Austin HM plus,,, but in Europe are sold as Allermed c50+ and they cost 1400 € damnit,,, far too expensive As usual thanks for your help Danny honestly you have helped me a lot 👍
Thanks for the update and glad to hear the Winix and Coway are working for you. I will explore more about the issues you brought up about the Levoit vital range. I wonder if it’s something to do with the activated carbon they use? Sorry you had to replace and yeah $1400 for Austin HM seems too high! Thanks for reporting back and be sure to keep in touch with anything else you learn .
5:40 Actually it's very tricky or rather sneaky. They say this on their website: "Levoit Original Filter is HEPA-grade while operating in Sleep Mode, as tested by an independent lab." So it's only HEPA, when operated in sleep mode. 😅 There's also also marketing video on Levoit official TH-cam channel and while they don't say it, they show filter in this device as 3 separate elements (pre, carbon and HEPA). Seems like they employ all kinds of shady practices.
When I did this video the term HEPA was still on their website and now it’s removed. I wish Levoit would make a public statement as it’s really not a good look. It’s weird they say that it’s HEPA when on sleep mode as the HEPA grade is for the filter and wouldn’t be different for a specific speed so very strange.
@@HouseFresh Yes, it would if it's not true HEPA. It means filter can handle small particles at low airflow, but fail when airflow increases. So I think Dyson was right to call them out on their BS. But even after that Levoit keeps their shady marketing BS and instead of removing HEPA rating altogether they add this note that most people will likely miss or won't understand what it means.
The 6 months would usually be using it 24/7 vs casualy. If using casualy I would just regular inspect the filter and replace when the carbon starts to smell or the particle filter is very grey.
I am a new subscriber to your channel and you have great videos 👏. I need to ask you something please.. having severe and hard to control asthma and allergies which option is better for me? The Vital 220s or the core 400s ? Sorry for bothering 🙏
I’m going to work on a vs for these two. With the Levoit the main benefit is the app support as you don’t get anything with Winix . Depend if that would be useful for you. The zero pro uses bigger filters than the zero S so a little extra cost to replace but you do get more carbon as standard. It has two sensors vs one and I’m going to be seeing if it is quicker in a test but expect it’s very similar.
I’d like to get an air purifier for my daughter’s bedroom. She was allergy tested to be severely allergic to dust mites and highly allergic to dogs. We were told to get a Hepa air filter and I know there’s been controversy about these filters. Is this still a good choice for someone with these types of allergies.i do not want anything that uses ionization. Any other recommendations?
So these are not HEPA grade but they will still remove the particles from the air that cause allergies from dust/dogs. There is a really good video on here that goes into detail here th-cam.com/video/gaQTYrisieA/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Ejt3ZO-tSzXV3No2 From testing this device it was able to remove tiny particles and was much cheaper than many other devices that were slower , so this makes it our top choice for this year. If your daughter’s bedroom is very large (over 360 sq ft) you might need a larger device with a higher cadr score. Some other devices that don’t use ionization and are HEPA grade filters would be the SmartAir SA600 housefresh.com/smart-air-sa600-review/ Or Alen Flex: housefresh.com/alen-breathesmart-flex-review/ The Vital 200S was much faster at removing particles than these but they are still good devices to consider. If you give me more detail and I can provide more suggestions.
I'm about to buy this one for my newborns room. Is this a good choice ? It's a small bedroom and we don't smoke only vapin but not in bedroom. I watch tons of videos and I think this is the best option. Is it? I just want Clear air, inexpensive filters and not to have something to harm the baby like the ionism and ozon I think idk I'm confused :p
You might be able to help our household, We’ve noticed you live in U.K. how did you get a hold of 200s in U.K. ? We’ve search far and wide and could only find filters but not air purifier itself. Any help would be greatly appreciated
hey, we actually got ours shippied from the US via Snapklik.com. I wouldn't reccomend it though as it's very expensive and it's a US version so you need to use a US transformer to use. The Vital 100S is available in the UK but for some reasons, Levoit hasn't brought the Vital 200S over to the UK or Europe. I am going to be working on putting together a list of the best air purifiers that are available in the UK very soon - so keep an eye on that. Sorry I can't be much more help.
@@HouseFreshthanks for your great reviews here! I had the same question and got a non-committal response from Levoit. it’s frustrating Levoit don’t sell this in the UK. Would you recommend Winix Zero S for large rooms at home or something else?
@@Ssd19462 I have not yet published the review but tested the Winix Zero from Costco and was very impressed by its performance. The Zero S provide a little more CADR so is suitable for rooms of 100m2. The Winix range in general are really good as always come with a spare set of filters so the first replacements are free.
Hi Danny, The vital 200S does not seem to be on sale in the UK. Your links go to the 100S which is on your “avoid” list. Are you able to shed any light on this? brilliant reviews. Thanks for your work!
Its annoying but for some reason Levoit has decided not to make the 200S available in the UK. I'm currently filming a best air purifier for the UK that I hope to get out very soon - so keep an eye on the channel.
@@AndrewLamas19 Sadly the Winix 5500-2 is also not available in the UK but the Winix Zero S is a comparable unit that might be useful to check out. Hoping to get our best for the UK video out at the end of this week.🤞
I just got mine 4 days ago and everything was fine, I left the door open last night for a breeze and mid day I noticed that the ring was red, I turned it to auto and it’s slowly clearing up. Question will a humidifier in the same room interfere with the air quality ring on the air purifier?
A humidifier with tap water will activate your sensor as there are small amounts of minerals in the water. I think using distilled water should help but haven’t had a chance to test. My wife’s nebulizer also sets off all the air purifiers when she has to use it
@@HouseFresh I tested it with distilled water, it helps. 200s is available in Europe now. I purchased mine a few days ago. I was between the Core 400s and the Vital 200S Pro Smart ... Hopefully I've made the right choice.
EverestAir is a lot bigger and has more air cleaning power. Its usually a lot higher price but right now its $349 on Black Friday week deal so close in price than ever.
Honestly that removable plug is almost entirely a con for me with how they've done it, not a pro. That brick acts as a power supply for the unit which takes up a bunch more outlet space, and if your cord gets damaged you're hooped unless Levoit sells replacements. If the cord gets damaged on a standard cable its relatively easy so just replace the end. Ideally they would have the cable be removable via one of the various standards, and keep the power supply built into the unit itself.
I never though about it like but can see how a removal plug could also be a downside. I could get behind a standardized power cable with PSU inside the device. One of the benefits of the PC fan type devices as they all use the same cable and as they are low power don't need much of a power supply.
Ive has the Winx and had two of the replaced as it started making a clicking noise after taking it out of the box. I did have an older one that started making the same noise at a louder sound aftee a couple of years. I needed something more reliable.
You might find you prefer a company with longer warranties, IQAir offers 10 years as standard and Alen with is ifetime but you have to pay for the filter subsription. These air purifiers will cost more both to buy and run but they will be more durable and less open to mechanical failure.
I would keep it running all the time at a sound level you can deal with - maybe speed 2-3. If its in a kitchen you might find the auto-mode useful as it will kick in when extra pollutants are detected.
Can you do me a huge favor? I'm trying to decide between this and the Winix 5500. I know you own both units can and will you please run a radiation test (EMF) on both units especially with the WiFi on and off. I read a review that said not to get the Vital 200s for 2 reasons. 1 it still puts out WiFi frequency even when turned off. And 2 it has a really high radiation levels almost as much as a microwave. This test would definitely help me make a decision. I want as little radiation as possible in my home. Please and thank you 😊
I don't have an EMF monitor, but I will get one for future reviews. I did look at the amount of energy used in standby for both. Levoit Vital 200S: 0.97 watts Winix 5500-2: 0.34 watts So I would assume that the Vital 200S is giving out more EMF as it is drawing more power when not using the fans?
Hi! I’m in between this one and the Winix 5502-2 air purifier with true HEPA. Which one should I buy? It’s my first time owning an air purifier. Thank you in advance.
@@jannj6731 the Winix is hepa grade and has non bonded filter but no app support. Depends on what you prefer but both devices are solid choice. I’m going to do a video comparing the two in future as I’m sure there are plenty of people wondering the same .
I don’t really care about app support. As long as it works best. It’s my first time owning any air purifiers I want to make sure I get the best. Thank you
I've seen a lot of people talk about the filter layers, how the carbon should come before the hepa so that the hepa can catch possible carbon particles, however most companies like Levoit do it the other way around. What are your thoughts on this?
Sorry for late reply 😞 I was talking about this recently. Many companies have the carbon at the back but I did notice that smart air has the carbon on the opposite side. It would make sense to have the hepa after carbon but I also think there is a benefit to having pure hepa if you don’t need the carbon as will get improved air cleaning performance. I think non hepa grade is a good fit for home air purifiers as they have improved air flow.
Thanks for all your video's, sadly tho I cannot buy levoit in Belgium unless i overpay like allot to get it shipped here, do you have any other suggestions that is EU friendly. Subbed btw!
Looking at Amazon in Belgium and I would look at something like the Winix Zero or the Levoit Core 400S. Winix Zero seems best option for the price. Thanks for you comment and I do have a plan to release more information for those outside the US.
It’s frustrating that Levoit doesn’t release this model outside the US. I imagine those sellers are imported versions. I’m working on a best of guide for Europe, so keep an eye for that.
@@HouseFresh Can be found in France directly from Amazon, but price is insane. At the same time price for Core models is reasonable and even has occasional good discounts. So it may become more reasonably price in time. Who knows.
Complete the set! Glad you found the review useful. I need to produce reviews for the 400s and 600S soon but been ill this week so don't want to force you guys to hear my scratchy voice :)
Pros- well made and energy efficient, better quality control than unvetted amazon brands. Has a prefilter Cons- Its pretty damn loud actually, and the noise gap between settings 2 and 3 is massive, 4 is loud. they really missed the sweet spot for me wishing it had more control. Generic air quality sensor isnt that great, i was hoping for more detail in the app with some numbers but not so. I would recommend the 100s if your going to run the thing all the time and save a few bucks. The novelty will wear off eventually
@@HouseFresh Placing a book on the left side of the exhaust, covering about 20% of it above the fan cage, reduces the motor's whine while keeping the right side of the air channel open. Could this impact the fan's longevity or performance? I think it'll be fine, could be useful to anyone who wants a bit of relief
For a house with nothing crazier than a couple little Shih Tzu dogs and a couple little rug rat children would running this at a medium quieter setting be just fine?

Thanks for the kind words! Sorry I didn't make it clearer in the original review but yes I would if you can get the 200S and run it quieter for the same power as the 100. I just know some people don't want a device as big as 200S but if you can do it, then that would be my recommendation.
@@HouseFresh Thank you.
I end up getting this one. Thank you for a great review. I'm relieved that this one is still a true HEPA filter.
Great to hear and be sure to keep me updated how you get on with it.
@@HouseFresh it is NOT true HEPA! they removed this since then from their advertisement also...
I saw that they say it is when running on sleep mode. Weird as I would assume it would be hepa grade or not.
(Many people burn tree leaves in my area and it can handle the smell and smoke without any problem.)
From red back to blue in around an hour. (20 sq.m. room with air condition active)
I have this one and love it!
Questions:
Living room: Dyson formaldehyde tp 09 ( discovered it sensors are very good cause they give almost same readings than my 3 Awair Element and a Winix Zero Pro plus a Coway 150,,,so 3 purifiers in living room
Pd I have to tell something about this,, before I had the 2 Winix with the Dyson there and VOC didn’t go barely down,,, I took a Winix out of there and since I replaced it with another the Coway 150 since then vOC levels have dropped tested with Dyson sensors and awair element .
Working room: 2 Winix zero pro
Bedroom: 1 Coway 150
Wife bedroom: Levoit vital 200s,,, which I am one I am disappointed.
I would have liked to buy an Austin HM plus,,, but in Europe are sold as Allermed c50+ and they cost 1400 € damnit,,, far too expensive
As usual thanks for your help Danny honestly you have helped me a lot 👍
Thanks for the update and glad to hear the Winix and Coway are working for you.
I will explore more about the issues you brought up about the Levoit vital range. I wonder if it’s something to do with the activated carbon they use? Sorry you had to replace and yeah $1400 for Austin HM seems too high!
Thanks for reporting back and be sure to keep in touch with anything else you learn .
5:40 Actually it's very tricky or rather sneaky. They say this on their website: "Levoit Original Filter is HEPA-grade while operating in Sleep Mode, as tested by an independent lab."
So it's only HEPA, when operated in sleep mode. 😅
There's also also marketing video on Levoit official TH-cam channel and while they don't say it, they show filter in this device as 3 separate elements (pre, carbon and HEPA).
But even after that Levoit keeps their shady marketing BS and instead of removing HEPA rating altogether they add this note that most people will likely miss or won't understand what it means.
is your statement about changing filter on 6 months, oonly when you use the air purifier 24/7 or when you are using it casualy?
The 6 months would usually be using it 24/7 vs casualy. If using casualy I would just regular inspect the filter and replace when the carbon starts to smell or the particle filter is very grey.
I am a new subscriber to your channel and you have great videos 👏. I need to ask you something please.. having severe and hard to control asthma and allergies which option is better for me? The Vital 220s or the core 400s ? Sorry for bothering 🙏
I would choose the Vital 200S but the400S isn't bad but I prefer the removal pre-filter you get with the vital.
What do you think it compares to Winix zero S specially the winix is cheaper?
Or the zero pro
I’m going to work on a vs for these two. With the Levoit the main benefit is the app support as you don’t get anything with Winix . Depend if that would be useful for you.
The zero pro uses bigger filters than the zero S so a little extra cost to replace but you do get more carbon as standard. It has two sensors vs one and I’m going to be seeing if it is quicker in a test but expect it’s very similar.
@ thanks for the reply
Already levoit 200s and will see
@@AhmedIdrosAljabri Be sure to let me know how you get on.
There is a really good video on here that goes into detail here th-cam.com/video/gaQTYrisieA/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Ejt3ZO-tSzXV3No2
From testing this device it was able to remove tiny particles and was much cheaper than many other devices that were slower , so this makes it our top choice for this year.
If your daughter’s bedroom is very large (over 360 sq ft) you might need a larger device with a higher cadr score.
Some other devices that don’t use ionization and are HEPA grade filters would be the SmartAir SA600 housefresh.com/smart-air-sa600-review/
Or Alen Flex: housefresh.com/alen-breathesmart-flex-review/
The Vital 200S was much faster at removing particles than these but they are still good devices to consider.
I think so if it’s a small space you could leave it on speed 3 to provide good air changes and quieter running. Had no ionizer function.
@@HouseFresh I'm between this and 400 🤔 Thank u for the fast respond! Sub! +
You might be able to help our household,
We’ve noticed you live in U.K. how did you get a hold of 200s in U.K.
@@HouseFresh that’s great to know, thanks! Thanks again for your very helpful content.
@@Ssd19462 Thanks for the kind words and taking the time to comment.
Try the Winix 5500-2
@@AndrewLamas19 Sadly the Winix 5500-2 is also not available in the UK but the Winix Zero S is a comparable unit that might be useful to check out. Hoping to get our best for the UK video out at the end of this week.🤞
He literally praised the 100s in a couple of videos. Where is the avoid list? I'm super confused and dubious now!!
What do you prefer winix c 535 compared to levoit vitas 200s
A solid choice would depend on price I could get.
What's the difference between Vital 200S and the EverestAir ?
Hello i bought it yesterday and my house is around 70 m2 ... how many hours i should make it work? is that device stopping? or always working?
I would keep it running all the time at a sound level you can deal with - maybe speed 2-3. If its in a kitchen you might find the auto-mode useful as it will kick in when extra pollutants are detected.
@@HouseFresh I used for 24 hours and checked the filter. Are there no any dust :D
is vital 200s an Ionizer? I heard it’s harmful for bids
The one I reviewed didn’t have an ionizer. I think Levoit uses the term Plasma so avoid any models that use this wording.
Levoit Vital 200S: 0.97 watts
Winix 5500-2: 0.34 watts
So I would assume that the Vital 200S is giving out more EMF as it is drawing more power when not using the fans?
Thank you
@@jannj6731 You won't go far wrong with the Winix 5500-2
@@HouseFreshdo you feel there is a difference in the size of room coverage between this and the Winnix 5500?
I've seen a lot of people talk about the filter layers, how the carbon should come before the hepa so that the hepa can catch possible carbon particles, however most companies like Levoit do it the other way around. What are your thoughts on this?
Sorry for late reply 😞
I was talking about this recently.
Thanks for all your video's,
sadly tho I cannot buy levoit in Belgium unless i overpay like allot to get it shipped here, do you have any other suggestions that is EU friendly.
Subbed btw!
Looking at Amazon in Belgium and I would look at something like the Winix Zero or the Levoit Core 400S. Winix Zero seems best option for the price. Thanks for you comment and I do have a plan to release more information for those outside the US.
So does it matter too much they don’t have HEPA badge any more? Is it still worth buying without it?
Not a good look for Levoit but won’t effect performance in fact it would clean quicker than hepa grade due to increased air flow.
Awesome, thank you!
The price for these in EU is just brutal.
Who knows.
@@1stRanger that’s good to hear that there is a version in France but at a massive price the core models are a much better choice.

Complete the set! Glad you found the review useful. I need to produce reviews for the 400s and 600S soon but been ill this week so don't want to force you guys to hear my scratchy voice :)
Pros- well made and energy efficient, better quality control than unvetted amazon brands.
Has a prefilter
Cons- Its pretty damn loud actually, and the noise gap between settings 2 and 3 is massive, 4 is loud. they really missed the sweet spot for me wishing it had more control. Generic air quality sensor isnt that great, i was hoping for more detail in the app with some numbers but not so.
I would recommend the 100s if your going to run the thing all the time and save a few bucks. The novelty will wear off eventually
Yeah agree that it could benefit from more fan speeds. Still think it’s to get the 200s and run it lower than the 100s due to running costs.
@@HouseFresh
Placing a book on the left side of the exhaust, covering about 20% of it above the fan cage, reduces the motor's whine while keeping the right side of the air channel open. Could this impact the fan's longevity or performance? I think it'll be fine, could be useful to anyone who wants a bit of relief
i hate that it includes carbon it smells bad overtime
Agree it would be good to have a filter option with no carbon for those who don't need to use it.
For a house with nothing crazier than a couple little Shih Tzu dogs and a couple little rug rat children would running this at a medium quieter setting be just fine?
Would depend on the room size but for standard room sizes this should be able to get you a decent number of air changes and keep odors at bay.
Stay away from thid loud piece of plastic. Looks nice but way better options at the same price and cheaper.
Let me know what you would prefer at this price point?
BBB who listens them anymore? BBB is a joke anyways. It worse than Yelp
I think the brands still care as Levoit did remove the HEPA after the complaint but agree i don't think it's useful as it once was for the consumer.
