Hi Ashish,
as you wrote delhi to Jodhpur one sided toll charges is Rs. 520, is it correct,
because on goggle it is showing more than 1100 for one side
please let me now, while going delhi to Jodhpur, how many good food courts or good restaurants come after Ajmer

Sorry it's 575, just checked my fasttag statement, one Toll amount was deducted 2-3 days later so skipped out on that. There are Total 8 tolls:
Manesar - 70,
Shahjahanpur- 140,
Daulatpura - 55,
Jaipur - 70
Kishangarh - 45,
Gegal - 60,
Raipur - 80,
Pipalaz - 55...
Regarding food courts there are hotels and restaurants available on highway, but the ambience and food is a little different from what we normally find here in state of Punjab and Haryana. But overall a little effort and you'll get good food...

There's a village called Khimsar Sand Dunes near Jodhpur, do check that out. I myself have never visited there but it was in my "travel list" on Google maps so thought of sharing it with you. I would also be doing Rajasthan tour next month.
Also a small suggestion, do mention the hotel fares also like you shared total fuel cost so that viewers can have good estimation of the overall budget for better travel planning.
