I could be wrong, but wasn’t it mentioned somewhere that Hidan’s technique is a type of forbidden jutsu? I think it’s safe to assume that he’s dead. As Kakuzu once said “there’s no such thing as immortality in this world.”
It’s a forbidden Jutsu but he’s not dead as he does human sacrifices to jashin
Hidan only survives because he's functionally immortal and he can only win by basically doing a voodoo ritual on his enemy

no. saitama has yet to bleed in the manga/anime. hidans weapon would shatter on saitamas skin.

Since we don’t know how you have to be to cut saitama no as hidan weapon isn’t power enough to really do anything to saitama
