Vegeta would need a base power level of 2.4 million to be strong enough as a super saiyan to be on par with a 100% final form Frieza. Frieza first form had a power level around 500k, his second form was "over 1 million." Given this trend its likely that his third form had a power level around 2 million. When he first went to his final form he heavily suppresses it to about 2% of that forms power. 100% frieza had a power level of 120,000,000 making 2% a power level of 2.4 million. This suppressed final form Frieza was WRECKING Vegeta; meaning Vegeta's power level at the time, after being healed by Dende, was likely around 1.2 million, but perhaps as high as 2 million. I personally think closer to 1.2 million because its exactly half of frieza's 2.4 million and its said that to absolutely BODY an opponent you need to be at least twice as strong. So yeah... theoretical Namek saga SSJ Vegeta is clapped by Frieza, who would be roughly twice as strong.
