    I'm so glad that you are on TH-cam now. I was a devoted fan of your show on PBS for a long long time. A lot of my own menu's are based on what I've learned from watching you prepare & cook.

    My whole family is from Yucatán, they all live in Merida. I get so excited when you mention anything about Yucatán, especially the food!

    I visit there every year and love the people and the food. We need a Frontera restaurant in Toronto, the people of this city would love it, maybe not as much as me, but this city needs it. Thanks for you videos it’s a great day when I am notified of a new one, please keep them coming.

    My family & I were just in the Yucatan area a month ago & we loved it there! Your dishes bring back memories of marquesitas from food stalls & conchinita pibil panuchos.

    Goat milk caramel is incredible. Get a little bit of that goat funk in there, which I think gives it a bit of tanginess.

    That looks really yummy. My mouth is watering. Have you tried tlacoyos yet?? They're like kind of sopes but more deliscious

    I just think of the Chicxulub creater when I think if the Yucatán, so you have more things to think about. I wish Jurassic Park had had these dishes.

    Loved this video Chef! Thanks for repping the Yucatán of my dreams. BTW do you know Isla Mujeres, the easternmost part of México? An interesting Cuban vibe to traditional cucina yucateña there and also the best place anywhere for tikin xic...best eaten under a palapa on the beach with a cold Léon!
