Good vid was honestly surprised youre doing that well on controller haha. Very good tips for attack choppers, some same tips can be used for other ones. i find little bird boring to use so i cycle between attack chopper and stealth and become bringer of death for wildcats
hell yeah way to go 🤣🫡 also a lot more fun to use with a swuad than just farming in the little bird😊

I have never lost a duel to an attack chopper as a nightbird pilot.
only know a few littlebird pilots that give me trouble as well 🤣 i guess its more of a how good is your enemy pilot rather than which heli is he using 🤔

AA is overpowered as it is rn. Hopefully jets and helis feel good. We still need unlimited after burner back though.

Jets are amazing and can dominate with the way the missiles are coming out in a straight line now

only the lock ons are op aa tank is a joke i take them out constantly with the littlebird.
Does that quick repair thing only work with the super hokem? The apache has a much smaller wing
it is easier on the hokum but works on both 😊🫡
question: what is your stance vs good AA that uses 30mm only no lock on and on constant move
good aas that actually use the primary ar scary af!
All you can do is hope you see it first and try to onepass it!
Ideally you do that with our brothers on discord so if you dont succeed, at leadt the jets can finish it off!
AAs are so damn powerful (if someone knows HOW to actually use it)
Dude, make pls video or screen your settings for controler. I play at ps5, and piloting feels so fast and inertive, so i can't normal aim for moving targets(
most importantly turn off auto hover, other than that i mostly got standard controls
Thanks for the video. Do you have a control settings video? I have a console friend who plays with me and he always complains about the setup. I'm on PC, so its not an issue for me 😂
i could make a control settings video i think, but its mostly standard (i do controller on pc for air vehicles as well)

Can you make a settings video for helicopters to function like GTA V or other games? It sucks here on PS5
unfortunately you cant really do gta 5 like settings; however you can play around with them maybe bf3 type settings fit you better? I play air vehicles on controller as well, im sure you'll get used to it, if you havent already, check my other heli guide, on the end i cover basic movement and how to get started :)
@@About9fish Yup you're right. I have experimented and came close to GTA V but it doesn't feel quite the same. I will note down GTA V's attack helis controls and try to imitate them more.
I will tell you my results once I am done tweaking.
I am doing this because I was really good at using attack helis in GTA V. And in Battlefield V I was excellent at using bombers.

Do you have any portal maps to practice shooting ai helicopters with rockets?
unfortunately not; just going into bot lobbies does help a lot tho! 😊
@@About9fish rip, i know x8reapz used to have some portal maps for aim training on helicopters but the updates kept braking them so he stopped updating
Me and my gunner quite literally only die to jets, how can we avoid getting one passed if they fly to the sky limit then shoot straight down at us. Cant really get cover from above. The hit detection on the missiles doesn't help either, half my rockets explode on the jet but yield no damage :(

If you are lucky a tow ALWAYS works... but the rockets dusting off is a real issue...
best way to counter a jet reliably is another jet tho :)

@@About9fish good call. Might be a good idea to queue with some pilots so they dont have to worry about AA and we dont have to worry about some jets. Ill talk with my duo

if an aa is not switching to lockons has 35mm and good aim its VERY SCARY! If you use irish with it as well, aas should be good 🤣
i feel like more people need to get better at rpg shots its the best way to deal with air vehicles... maybe even lis

attack heli need to be nerfed it has way too much fire power when combined with a gunner. it should have same health as other heli's or less firepower or even less mobility.
or people need to start doint anti air the right way instead of locking on

I am sick and tired of videos telling me 'how to fly a helicopter'. How about videos how to SPAWN one so I can unlock those things.
your last selected vehicles is "locked" meaning just hover over the vehicle thing with the mouse and grab it instantly by pressing "a" on controller.

Dude, I tried that and what usually happens is me sitting in the lobby tapping x button just to give up after 10 minutes and jump to another lobby (rinse and repeat). Moreover, In portal nobody never joins heli pvp. So I am stuck not being able to practice and not unlocking anything (the only time I unlocked something was because of a glitch in the past that let you progress Mastery against bots). @@About9fish

@@About9fish Or not racing through your bullet points which appear only on screen for 1.5 seconds followed by immediate meme then next topic. And it's less about needing to slow down it's just unintelligible at certain points.
But it had many good tips and things I hadn't thought about. Will be back, hope to see you get better.
