John Short It’s too bad, Clint, the original drummer, quit. He had a very messy, live feel that added so much. Clint was also one of the drummers on Lifted by Bright eyes. A lot of driving, messy, live feel. It was magic, really

really love the change of tempo vs the actual one in the record it brings the song out more, and makes it that more intimate.
So much more emotion in this version I love it, listening to his pain, better experience and made the song 10x better

Man this tune is great, the bass just rips. It always reminds me of the Cure's "Lullaby", as it's really quite haunting.
I've often thought Tim's singing style is influenced (or whatever) by Robert Smith, so this makes sense
