Cool build. I have 3 2nd gen camaros. One big block 4 speed, one that will be sacrificed for parts and the 3rd has an ls with a 6 speed, 2 eBay turbos to help everything explode.
I had a black 81 when i was younger, one my biggest regrets was selling it! One day i hope to have another in that year. I have a black 86 iroc now. I love it too but still wish i had my 81. Lol. You got my sub guys, keep the Camaro content coming... Thanks 👍
Loved the pour job with the coolant 😂 I would have spilled it. Oh and also I had to pause to read the back of your shirt. Car sounded amazing till after the burnout 😂
I used to hate that s*** too I used to go through a 3/8 ratchet every week when I was renting on cars every day whether I broke it self-destructive the one thing I hated about working on other people's cars your tools would wear out so fast and then you'd have to buy a new ratchet for $20 every time you couldn't even finish the job without having to turn around and spend money on part on tools
We have the same kind of luck, must run in the Family... You gotta show the s-dime, Gina loves that lil ole truck. She found a 69 Datsun pickup she wants, hopefully I can get it for her someday.
What stage clutch was that a stock clutch stage 1 stage 2 did you put the output shaft bearing into the end of the crankshaft is that a standard from a 1990s or the 2000 model 5-speed what's plastic bearings and uses automatic transmission fluid and some used synchromesh
That's not including the cam that you said you upgraded it to we know that these cams they aren't cheap they're not $100 can you know two or three hundred dollars that's only if you change the cam and not the valve train springs and rockers order that custom intake that you bolted on to go from fuel injection to a 4 barrel carburetor yeah I noticed that one too you put that cover with no knock sensor ports so what's the real number that you spent and I'm not talking about s*** you already had that you added to it I'm talking about the whole complete bills it seems to me that you took the 6.0 LS and dumped it down to the original ignition system for the Camaro cuz me and a buddy of mine we recently did the same thing but we bought a blueprint built engine with a 700 r4 lock up transmission so you can ship it from first to third without destroying it the blueprint motor was running 485 horses at the crank without a transmission and we put it in a 1974 Pontiac trans Am
Stock 6.0 bottom end didn’t touch a thing other than the cam. Btr stage 4 truck cam. $150 Amazon intake. $40 valley cover. Running on a msd 6014 ignition box that I got for $300 on marketplace. Gave $250 for the carb from market place. This car is a TRUE budget build

Nice looking car.... Camaro is in great shape! Has it been fixed/painted or is it original?
100% original other then the motor and trans
Sent it alittle to hard
What ignition setup you running?
Msd 6014
Probably shouldn't hold it on the limiter
What’s the fun in that?
