For those super tight joints, just purchase some 100% silicon oil if you don’t already have some and just put a nice small droplet of it unto the shoulder pieces I JUST received mine today and had the same tight left shoulder joint (right is also tight) But like 7sec after applying that lubricant, it all went away. Might be a little shiny for a while but after wiping it off for like an hour straight it’s back to normal sheen and the movement is pretty much close to SHF if they ever make one. Even the butterfly-joints move perfectly! The legs are still kind of tight too, and lube didn’t quite help fix the squeak of the joint, but tbh I don’t mind that as much as the arms Hoping that helps a bit!
