A-278 will appear on A-278 and later. In my opinion, it’s the hardest entity in the game. When you open a door, you might see him coming out of a portal. After this, he will rush by, killing any players not hiding, and after he seems to be gone, clones of himself appear out of portals. There are three types of clones. A-278 rushes past killing anyone not hiding, TLAB-278 checks tables for players, and ULB-278 checks blue lockers for players. There will be many of these clones, which could even crash your game. After a bit, the entities will despawn and you will be safe. When you see A-278, instantly hide in a gray locker/fridge. None of the clones check gray lockers/fridges so you can just wait there until all of his clones despawn. This can be a problem because he spawns randomly and you might not be able to find a gray locker/fridge in time.
There could be 2 causes of the clones crashing your game: 1: There is too much clones. or 2: The game is specifically coded so that a line of code which crashes the game runs randomly (though very rare) when ULB-278 or TLAB-278 is in the room.
