- I share 5 tips on how you can STAND out from other students and my STATS that got me a full-ride to UC Berkeley and into extremely competitive programs like the USC Business of Cinematic Arts (only 55 students get accepted each year), and 10+ colleges. Congratulations, do you any study tips for classes and SAT? What should a junior do during the summer before senior year.
Hi! I would recommend looking at online SAT book and trying to do as many problems as possible, practice makes perfect so time yourself as well! A junior should either try to look for any high school internships, do community service hours, work a part-time job, or honestly just have fun! but if you would want to look very competitive try doing any programs during the summer :)

hi mari! I heard somewhere uc colleges ojly look at Somphmore and Junior year, I'm an IB international student from India and I was wondering if I did worse than I expected in 9th grade, does it really matter?
I think you are right that they only look at sophomore/junior and i think senior grades! but please double check :)

my freshman year wasnt going so good mostly at the start but now im getting all A's but it still isnt enough i currently have a 3.0 gpa in my 1st and second semester combined if i get like a 3.9 or 4.0 gpa can i make it to Berkely? please let me know and im from canada and ive been asking all my guidance teachers but they dont know any info on the us so im relying on youtube videos.... everyone tells me its too early, i think its too late.

@@savitarloki Hi! I would recommend to just keep on trying with your classes and working hard to get those A's. Also remember that UC Berkeley also looks at whether you are involved with your community, joined any clubs, are in leadership positions etc. I think it is great that you are thinking about this already so don't give up!
