  • Welcome to day 7 of the EXPAND guided meditation program. Your own energy is integrated into the entire energy field of all things around you. However most of us are not aware of our own energy and how you are in fact connected and affected as well as influencing all things around you. The awareness of your own energy field is the intention of this meditation. Hopefully once you're aware of it you can make better decisions and really feel your way through life more easily.
This Breathe and Flow program is for all levels and is strategically designed to teach you all the fundamental principles of meditation. This is our offering to you on your journey of healing and growth. Get something comfortable to sit on, turn off any distractions and take this time to focus on you. We suggest you set the volume of the video so that you can gently hear our voice since as you go into your meditation your senses are heightened and the volume will appear louder as it did before you started.

This is my day 7 of the program, but I am happy to say that this is the third cycle of the program. You suggested just repeating the program after I completed it the first time, and that's what I have done, including the journaling afterwards. I can say it has had a ripple effect in my life in general, and I will ... just keep cycling through it. Now if I could only be so diligent about the Embark beginning yoga program .... :)

Wow.. I found this the most difficult one so far. I was frustrated with myself for not being able to join the chakra breathing from bottom to top. It even made my eyes tear up. I tried to look at myself as a friend and tell my self that it’s okay when something “fails”. I learned that earlier today. While I write it I tear up again. I guess this goes much deeper than just this. Thank you for all the shared meditations. Namanste 🙏🏼

5 months later, establishing a daily meditation routine here in turkey, this still felt so deamn powerfull. Time passes and becomes so irrelevant, the only bad thing was a bit of back pain despite sitting against a couch. Loved it, i will continue tomorrow.

I loved the practice, the focus of energy points and the colour visualisations. that helps me a lot. ❤thaaaanks a million

Hi B and F, would like to share that I’m a full time working mother of 3 boys in my forties and have found your expand meditation program to be really helpful for my energy levels. I’ve been able to repeat the program several times now and find that it’s crucial that I stick to doing these sessions daily. Thank you for creating these guided meditation session. From the bottom of my heart to yours I wish you both lots of love.

Doing the program 3x for this month - 2nd passing now (i have to do double tomorrow because missed a day) but I've feared this video because of the length - but for real on my second pass now, this legit just felt like 5 minutes. Literally in shock in right now.

It was great to visualize and focus on the chakra areas! I would have loved to hear not just about the color though but also about what they stand for. Also I think they originally don't have the color of the rainbow! I guess thats a western thing and it's fine to interpret things ones own way of course!
Just giving some feedback here. A little background would help to connect to the intention of the meditation.
Maybe extra meditations dedicated to one chakra in particular would be a nice idea for future content!
    Lots of love from Germany,
    Sara

    Day 7
    • Felt like I could go forever on the inhale from root to crown. I imagined a beam of light from crown to the sky, seeing myself cruise up a light tunnel. Limitless feeling
    • Down the chakras was a different story. Felt almost a panic going from heart, to solar, to sacral, to root, oftentimes not making it to root and needing to inhale again. Not sure the meaning of this. I kinda wonder if it relates to not feeling like I'm enough and needing more more more, as received on the inhale. Played with squeezing my tummy with my hands at the panic spot on the exhale and that seemed to release more.
    Peace and Love. Namaste
