They all wear sweaters or scarves, shirts, and hats, but Scootaloo only ever has a helmet when she's on her scooter, and yes, that's a very responsible thing to do, but maybe that's a visual clue of how different she. Compared to the Apple Family, they all have something be it a hat, yoke, scarf, shawl, bow, whatever, and that's kind of something that connects them as the items also pass down through the family, but not Scootaloo. Most ponies don't have clothes, so Scootaloo isn't out of place in the world, but it's just something I noticed that may have been a retconned reason and a visual representation of how she doesn't feel like she fits in with her family.

Personally, I view Scootaloo's biological parents as bad parents who basically abandoned their child to be raised by her aunts, and her Aunts as unreliable caretakers for quite a bit of Scootaloo's formative years. Scootaloo is REALLY lucky to have been adopted by Rainbow Dash as a sibling, and to have the rest of the Mane Six, Big Mac, Granny Smith, and the other townsfolk who helped raise her as an extended family of choice.

Well according to the "The Last crusade" dealing with and discovering dangerous creatures & creating/working on medicine to help Equestria. It was something along those lines.
I assume if you look up bush babies you'll get those cute monkey type creatures with big eyes and long tails, also the ones in the comics look a bit like furbies and guess who created them?
Bush babies, also known as Galago. Small lemur-like creatures with large adorable eyes native to sub Saharan Africa. You google them you get nothing but these cuties. (I did so before making this comment)
Hey Silver! Listen I'm from South Africa, my family have hand-reared and rehabilitated many an animal, including Bushbabies. Let me tell you, they are adorable little creatures with big eyes and amazing ability. Aside from the fact that they urinate on their hands to make them sticky... There is nothing to fear by looking them up. Some people have even kept them as exotic pets, which I disagree with, but hey, they are very affectionate. Look up the Lesser Bushbaby videos, and I promise you will be pleasantly surprised. No one should live a life not knowing what a Bushbaby is.
I used to think that Scoots parents are not that good but now I know that they are very bad as parents. Seriously Rainbow Dash is a better parental figure, Twilight is a better figure, I’m signing those two up for parenting classes under Windy Whistles!
I love this comic. More specifically Holiday and Lofty. My worry was when they revealed a same sex couple, it would be overplayed, or even represented in the wrong way. Not so! This couple gives one the BEST representations I have ever seen! They aren't overplayed like HEY GUYS WE MADE A GAY COUPLE LOOK AT US, nor are they shown in any way then a healthy relationship, as usually any other relationship in the show! It flows naturally and it doesn't seen shoehorned in! I also agree with your parent approach, Silver! While being quick thinking and acting in the wild around your job IS important, that is not a good style for parenting. But I'm glad to see them trying, and how they VALIDATE Scoot's feelings and ACKNOWLEDGE her! They do something SHE enjoyes rather then forcing her into a mold. Coming from experience with high expectations and forced into a role, this comic made me smile, and so did this review!
They even have the inclination same sex couples usually have where they still fall into the dynamics of a straight couple. Holiday is more so being the mother while Lofty is being the father.
Scoot and her parents share a common problem: lack of Impulse Control

I said her parents are utterly neglectful and pretty much abandoned her to irresponsible caretakers.
bush babies are adorable x.x
Considering what happened with Zeccora I can't wait to see what else is instore.
I just have one question:
Where were scoot's parents the whole time?
I mean, they appeared late in the show.
What *were* they doing this whole time? Taming wildlife?
Edit: stop all this tension y'all I just needed a reminder because when it comes to these stuff I have a trash memory
Very likely.
Pretty much. They travel to dangerous exotic locations to study animals, not simply to tame them
Well according to the "The Last crusade" dealing with and discovering dangerous creatures & creating/working on medicine to help Equestria. It was something along those lines.
Abandoning their daughter and focusing on their career instead, leaving Scootaloo as an orphan.
@@hariman7727 shes not an orphan if her parents are alive.
Amazing video 👍🙂👍♥️
I assume if you look up bush babies you'll get those cute monkey type creatures with big eyes and long tails, also the ones in the comics look a bit like furbies and guess who created them?
Bushbaby is a small australian critter... good joke that wooshed you.
Bush babies, also known as Galago. Small lemur-like creatures with large adorable eyes native to sub Saharan Africa. You google them you get nothing but these cuties. (I did so before making this comment)
Happy New year Silver Quill.
that was a good video.
Bush babies are an actual animal irl.
i looked up "bushbabies" they're also known as galagos if you're more comfortable with that
I will not make any patient zero jokes
Zombies.......... you made the joke
I used to think that Scoots parents are not that good but now I know that they are very bad as parents. Seriously Rainbow Dash is a better parental figure, Twilight is a better figure, I’m signing those two up for parenting classes under Windy Whistles!
Would still like to hear your "After the Fact" after about that Zercoa arc.
Nice comic review and now, your video now has 700 likes.
Awesome video
Scootaloo is best CMC don't @ me.
Yeeessss i am new here so i will enjoye this alot
Did we ever get confirmation of which parent and aunt is the blood-relative?
Holiday referred to Snap Shutter as her brother, so I think it's safe to assume she's the blood relation.
You asked, "who was driving the boat?"
What makes you think there was a boat?
Looked up Bush Babies and immediately Dawwwwwed.
* hears bush babies * actually there is an animal nicknamed the bush baby in real life * sees what they look like * that however is not them
Can’t watt to hear what you think about Zacoras journey
Maybe this is just me but why do I get the strong feeling that Scootaloo was still adopted by these two?
Love your videos
Will this be the last after the fact?
Not at all. Did something in the video give an impression that it would be?
Yes, it was the # and the 93 in the video title that made me think it was the last after the fact.
