    ❤❤❤ a SUPER SUBLIME Epic song and album with Orchestration from the last album of this classic lineup that is often too underappreciated. I also saw this amazing concert Live and the orchestra's sound and contributions were tremendously powerful & emotionally effective. Once is my lifetime of many YES experiences!

    The greatest band that has graced this plenet or any other. I first saw them in 1973 in Glasgow many times after up to this Magnification tour the last truly great Yes album with the most unique inimitable voice of Jon Anderson the voice of Yes. Great reaction from you both you immersed yourselves in the beauty of this song.

    Talkig about the Members of Yes playing multiple instruments... the Intro piano was written and performed by Alan White the Drummer ( RIP)

    This entire concert is wonderful. The orchestra adds so much fullness to the sound. We in the U.S. just celebrated "Thanksgiving Day" on Thursday. We all should carry a bit of that every day. Thankful for what we have, instead of angry about what we don't have. I am thankful for your channel. ☮🤎🎶

    Love this version. Jon's voice sounds wonderful. Wish some the voice coach reactors would do this, Todmobile Awaken, Turn of the Century or the video of Wondrous Stories, even The Meeting from ABWH to get a sense for his voice.
    Loved by the Sun off Legend Soundtrack? NnOOoo! Heh. Owner from Rockn Roll hall of fame instead. Ok, /rant off.
    Thanks you two! Love this track.

    Cet album,qui est passé sous le radar à cause des événements du 11 septembre, est pour moi leur requiem,leur lège. Et il est magistral. RIP Alain with et Chris Squire.

    Symphonic live my most watched music dvd and In the Presence of features maybe the only use of an ebow by Steve Howe. Great guitar work and as this is from Magnification it is a work from the last Yes record with Jon Anderson. He is always going on about the Divine or his Janeeee. A natural waffler unlike Steve Howe who is in charge of song introductions in Yes now.

    Nice that you enjoyed this. For me tho, I feel this is so far from their 70s greatness -- yes, I'm one of those fans. This doesn't have any of Anderson's mind bending poetic lyrics and (again for me) the instrumentation doesn't have any real distinction -- unlike their earlier work, this could have been done by someone else. I think they do Gates of Delirium in this show -- that is worth seeing with the orchestra.

    Regards your remarks about classical music it is possibly only Steve Howe who has composed and recorded an overtly classical piece reminiscent of Martinu . The title track from Beginnings with Patrick Moraz on harpsichord is pre Going for the One is sadly overlooked mainly due to his clunky singing and is maybe the most underrated Yes related record.

    If this aint Christian music I'll kiss your ass - funny how some are afraid to admit it - as if believing in Christ , the Son of the Father, is some kind of taboo

    • @dhfenske
      @dhfenske 10 วันที่ผ่านมา

      I've heard Jon talk a lot about being in touch with God and a higher power and the universe, but I don't recall ever hearing him mention Jesus Christ. Personally I believe that there's quite a difference between faith in God our Creator and faith in Christ who is our Redeemer from sin in this fallen creation. I also would like to see the term "Christian" be reserved for referring to faith in Jesus Christ.

    • @thomassharmer7127
      @thomassharmer7127 7 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Jon is a pantheist, meaning that he holds that everything is "divine", rather than believing in a personal, creator God.

    • @dhfenske
      @dhfenske 7 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@thomassharmer7127 yeah, that sounds to me like Jon. I think we can call this Pantheism Music 🙂
