We have SHC30 handheld controller and SL600 GNSS receiver in our organization. And SatSurv app installed in handheld controller was running fine. Lately while opening the SatSurv application, it shows "App not registered" popup. How can the app be registered online? Or should we contact the vendor themself?

Pace of the video is too fast. =/
I have a SHC30 bu the Ui looks different from the video so when trying to change coordinate system there is no icons as in this video to reach "cord sys management."
