No bajji. But For making bonda, you might need to adjust the batter consistency to thick than the usual one. I have tried urad dal Vada. It came out crispy outside and soft inside.

How long the non stick coating lasts?
It is based on how many time you use and maintain it. I am using it more than 11 months but it is still good.
