How to Make a Wild Plum Pie from Wild Plums

Today we are going to pick wild plums in Chambery and then come back to the house to make a wild plum pie recipe plus some wild plum jam with the leftovers.

Now I want to go out and find some plums. It's a bit early here for plums actually. How did the wall turn out?

The wall turned out better than I thought actually. The walls in our apartment have several patches already so it doesn't really stick out, thankfully.

Was it super tart like mine is? I made a cobbler. A bit acidic but thinking I'll stack it in a glass with sweetened whipped cream, ice cream or vanilla pudding. If you just add the halves to cake batter it comes out super good! Like, one cup. Freeze mine up too for smoothie "ice cubes" or eat them frozen as a whole fruit "popsicle"
