    Taloje Panchnad in Navi Mumbai is a growing real estate sector. It lies on the National Highway (NH) 48 and has good options for ready to move in and under-construction properties. This locality mainly comprises of mid-level housing with some premium apartments. Residential projects close by includes private as well as co-operative housing societies such as Mannat Housing Society, Parvati Corner society and A.N. Shabnam Society. Due to its proximity to the industrial areas and planned development such as an upcoming metro station, Taloja is one of the good investment locality.
    Taloja Panchanand is well connected to the Navi Mumbai and New Panvel East by the Mumbai Highway. The Taloja Panchanand railway station is less than 2 km allows easy access to the residents. Opportunities for higher education are also available close by such as the YMT College of Management and AC Patil College of engineering. This area has several markets as well such as Asian mart, Green Vegetable mart, DCC shopping mall, etc. and has multiple eateries as well.
    Being located close to the Taloja industrial area, employment is readily available. Nearby (5 -8 km) industrial opportunities include Hindalco Industries, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, Mapro Industries, Dow Chemicals, Apcotex industries limited, Sigma industries, etc. Employment opportunities other than in industrial complex

      As of now no such plan has been found, Bhai But will connect Mumbai to Navi Mumbai by Metro in future.🙂 Taloja se Mumbai ke liye local ka koi project abhi Tak to knowledge mein nhi hai

      There is a time when the chemical is drained from the factory. Then the smell blows in the air in the surrounding space.
      This condition is not only in Taloja, Airoli Ghansoli, Koper Kherine Rasayani, it is everywhere

    Navi Mumbai is the most toxic city in Maharashtra and is ranked 51st in the world, as per the World Air Quality Report 2019. (TOI)
    Among the areas in Navi Mumbai, Taloja is the worst affected. It’s not the right place to live in due to high level of pollution and travel travails. The pollution is at its peak during night, especially after midnight. The chemical companies in MIDC (that surrounds Taloja, both the phases)release the unbearable toxic gases during night.(I would request these TH-camrs to visit Taloja after midnight to witness the invisible threat to life; chemical pollution)
    Only consider purchasing a home in Taloja if you are willing to shorten your lifespan by at least ten years!

      Yess wo MIDC ke pass har area mein aati hai .. aap new mumbai ke dusre area mein flat le sakte hai .. aur bhi node hai new Mumbai ke ..bas Airoli , ghansoli, koparkhairne ko chhodh Kar bcoz waha bhi MIDC Sector pass mein hai smell ka prblm hai .. 😊
