Easy peasy. Great share. What are your thoughts on clarified butter.? Doesn’t burn, but same good butter flavor? That’s my question…love the bloopers!!
We love our scoop for so many things. Thanks for watching and enjoy! BTW... we made ramen on the Blackstone. It'll be coming up in a week or two but now I believe you could cook just about anything on the flat top
@np3043 you could try going too a Re-store habitat for humanity , they usually have cabinets for a reasonable price that I'm sure you could modify. Good luck, I hope you find what you're looking for
Looks great! Did you "Dukes Mayo" your buns? (to brown) Just wondering, Going to pick one of those scoops up, looks handy!(never seen one before) I have a 36" Pro Series Blackstone since around 2018.... SUBBED! Dave in WV!
I worked in kitchens for years and always wanted a flattop grill at home. Back then they were pretty rare. I hate that these grills have become an instagram lifestyle. Just use your grill. Cool food. Eat it. Don’t make it part of your personality.
We are having friends over in a few days for burgers and ya know what, I'm going to do fries on the griddle as well!! Have a great weekend.
That sounds awesome! Enjoy!
Yeah. I definitely have to get one of those scoops. I always wondered about cooking fries on the Blackstone. I’m trying now. Thanks guys.
so - were the fries already defrosted before you put them on the grill?
No. They were straight out of the freezer
These look awesome, can't wait to have them!
never occured to me to just slap some frozen fries on the stone! i guess some carne asada fries with some onions and peppers is in order! YUM

Thanks for watching. I haven't tried clarified butter but I've heard it's really good
Do they all cook fairly evenly? They look delicious.
Yes, they do cook evenly. Every fry was crispy. Make sure you add enough butter and you'll be just fine
Looks like the best way to make fries! YUM! Thanks for sharing.
Hope you enjoy
I had know idea that was possible. Thank you for sharing and making my wife's eyes, because I have to tell I need of one those scoops and a big cover

Thx for the video. Can you please share a link for that cabinet you showed at the beginning of the video?
I wish I could, but I built that cabinet custom to fit under my prep table.
Great video, these fries look amazing!
Thanks for watching!
Fries look yummy! Love the Xmas in July decorations as well 👍🏻
Thanks for watching!
You know frozen fries are one thing I have never tried on the Blackstone. I guess I need to give them a go sometime.
It took me 2 or 3 tries to get it down but man you won't regret it
Where can I get one of those cabinets?????? Can you link it????
I built it custom to fit in my prep table.
@coupedegrill7238 awh man! We've been looking for one! You did a very nice job

There is nothing better than cooking anything on cast iron - looks great 🍸🍸
That's so true! Thanks
Don't burn your butter, but browned butter sure has its place in the culinary world.
Sure does
You might want to put a level on that grill
Yea, I move it around a lot and don't always take the time to level it out.
million dollar idea: self leveling grills

I have actually never been able to try the Dukes brand. It isn't available in Wisconsin but I've heard great things about it. Thanks for watching!
Very nice! I should try something like this on my channel. Cheers!!!
Not interested in the store bought fries, BUT I am interested in the cabinet you loved at the beginning.
Thanks for watching! I really do like the cabinet. It's saved so many trips back into the house lol
Fantastic! Gonna have to try these on my griddle. Guess I didn’t need to buy that air fryer for my outdoor kitchen! LOL…
Lol I haven't used my air frier in almost a year now. Not sure what the science is behind it but everything is just better on cast iron
awesome thank you
Thanks for watching
YUM! Who doesn't love french fries!
I know right! Fries make everything better.
How about leveling your griddle a bit better?
I usually do, it was just a fast setup that night
Looks like you need to level that thing.
Yea, I usually have it on a more level surface but it was a quick setup on this cook.
MMMM Beef Tallow would be next level.
That would be awesome! Let us know if you try it.
Zoom in on the food cooking sometimes
Thanks for the tip, I'll keep that in mind for future videos.
I’ve heard Mac n cheese is THE comfort food but I disagree…. It’s fries all day 🤜🏻🤛🏻
Agreed. They are so versatile too. Good with ketchup, gravy, ice cream...
My frozen fries always have ice crystals how come those didnt
Put them in a ziplock freezer bag, that will help. I have made them with the ice buildup as well, and they usually do just fine.
@@coupedegrill7238 thanks
Aaaaffff!
Bbq in the garage 🤔🤣🤣🤣🤣
Sometimes it's necessary to stay out of the high winds that come off of Lake Superior but the door is always open
@@coupedegrill7238 I guess living in beautiful Santa Barbara California makes me spoiled...
bacon fat>butter
I’ll try that. I always store a little bacon fat in the fridge.
I'll give that a try
I could give a shit less what you can do on these dinky ass griddles I cook on woodfire like a real man!
Wood fire does give a great flavor
grill not level
That dang butter gives it away every time lol

We love our flat top! It's awesome for pretty much everything! If you don't have one yet I hope you get one soon!
So don't watch the videos.
Lot of gas to make French fries
Probably about the same cost as the oil for a deep frier. These are way better than any fries I've made in a deep frier though.
