Back in the 70s and 80s all compounds were longer. 35" would be unheard of and short. This guy wouldnt have bowhunted

@@dougk5 This is comparing apples to oranges. Bows from the 70s and 80s are totally different than bows today. Also, the entire industry was different. It comes down to preference; I prefer shorter bows. If you prefer a longer one, there is nothing wrong with that.

I watched your last few videos and to be honest man you pretty much said you want to get a new bow because you said that you didn’t trust the Mathew’s anymore after having it fixed free of charge. You do realize that Mathew’s is the only bow you pretty much can have fixed as long as you live no one else offers that I’m not just saying that’s because I shoot Mathew’s but I had a phase for and sold it to buy a Hoyt but I’d take either. Unless your going carbon I’d stay away for pse and definitely don’t go bowtech

Bowtech is off the table for now. I’m definitely leaning toward Elite at the moment. I understand Mathews has the best warranty but the shop that fixed the bow gave it back in such a state that I have begun to question everything they do. Not that the bow was broken but there were things that could have been done correctly with only an extra minute or two of work. Also, just me here, if I have anything that breaks, I expect it to break again. It’s just a flaw of mine but I got so worried about shooting that bow, I decided it was best to just part with it. Good luck this season!
