So long as you are open-minded and objective, China is far more than what western medias like to portray it to be.
I am a citizen from SiChuan Province. And I am so proud that you recommended many amazing scenery spots in SiChuan. As you said, there do many other wonderful and magical cities in China, like Xi'an city, in Shanxi Province. This is an ancient city with over thousand and a hundred history. The whole city has a strong historical accumulation. If one day you could go there, Terracotta Army is highly recommended.

Such a big big country with various landscapes to visit in China! I can't imagine how many times it should take to visit the whole country to those valuable destinations. Imagine one province at a time, it will take me at least 31 times to visit there, each 10 days at least.
I have followed your amazing videos for so long and finally China yeah! As a Chinese geography and travelling expert I would say your ranking list is the best and most authentic so far in TH-cam! Besides the long history and cultural heritages, China offer the most diverse landscape in the world and tons of nature beauty. These are not known and advertised by the western media. I feel so glad that high quality TH-camr like u can make China videos and let the world know more about. It’s a land that is misunderstood and underrated as hell. If ranking the natural beauty by province, Yunnan Sichuan Xinjiang Tibet Guangxi Guizhou Qinghai Hunan are my top 8. Taiwan is also a beautiful region but it is controversial politically.
Wow, can't believe you really put out a video for China's nature landscapes! I actually followed your other videos to explore the United States. I just went to the giant black hoodoo formation in Utah which is super underrated and one of the best scenarios I saw in Utah. It's so inspiring to see China through your eyes, especially for the places I have traveled to already that you brought brand new perspectives to me through your amazing drone sights.
Oh boy, China is stunning! In my opinion it is the most unique country in the world! You see landscape which you CAN'T find somewhere else! The Wulingyuan, the Li river near Guilin city, the Huang-Shan mountains are amazing! And so the Himalayas. ☺ Thank you for the video Ryan!
I lived in China for 3 years (Shanghai), but didn't even manage to visit the Great Wall, because it's a bit of work to get to different places (physically & figuring out the logistics). You've truly captured dome unique images that are hard to film. Thank you.
We've road trip from Guangdong province to Yunnan province via Guangxi province and Guizhou province, the scenery of those three provinces are very amazing.

I just came back from visiting China a week ago. I explored more parts of the country including the Huanghuacheng/Lakeside Great Wall, city of Chengdu, Jiuzhaigou (Jiuzhai Valley) National Park mentioned in your video and the nearby Huanglong scenic area. Especially Huanglong’s and Jiuzhaigou’s scenery were surreal and impressed me so much! Just goes to show how insanely beautiful and perhaps otherworldliness of China’s natural attractions, including the ones featured in this awesome video and many more! Thanks for sharing even more of China’s unique scenery and attractions that I previously didn’t know of. Keep up the great work Ryan!😊
America's natural beauty is truly awe-inspiring by both volume and diversity but this video shows that China has this also. Because both countries are very large they might be the top 2 if the measures used are volume and diversity, and what I like most is that the TYPES of vegetation and landscapes are completely dissimilar, i.e., not just more of the same. The plants and mountains and plains and fields are completely alien in the comparison between one and the other. It's almost like each country is on a separate planet.
My favorite places are Nyingchi(amazing peach blossom), Mt Changbai (reminds me of Crater Lake National Park), Chishui(red rocks and hundreds of waterfalls) and Lijiang old town, Yunnan.
the city of Nanchang, capital city of Jiangxi province. it's a northern neighboring province to Canton. Ha, China is so vast I guess you have never heard of it. I'm making a plan o travel to western part of China, coz this part has many minority ethinic groups and distinct landscape, which makes it totally different from eastern China. @@RyanShirley

Exploring the Forbidden City is like stepping back in time. The grand architecture and intricate details give you a glimpse into China's imperial past.
You've done a super job catching the beauty of some best places in China. As a Chinese, I haven't been to many of these places mentioned in your video. You inspired me to plan my next trip. One can imagine, China is such a enormous country with the size and population almost as same as the entire Europe, she's full of surprises from one place to another in whatever climate, landscape, people and ethnics, cultural heritage, dialects, buildings, and cuisine. It's fascinating!
impressive! I don't know how such an unforgettable overhead shot was completed in Zhangjiajie. It was said that some mountains will make the drone lose signal and crash. Thank you for making China so beautiful.

@@RyanShirley Hi Shirley, it’s hard to say coz every province in China has its own distinctive landscape, but your video already covered the most classic parts of sceneries ,Thank you for sharing and good luck to you in 2022
@@RyanShirley I prefer to explore China's urban sceneries, like old villages/towns and stately homes. Maybe that's because I enjoy learning history and architecture.
It is very interesting to see China from a different perspective, comparing with many domestic tourist videos. It might be useful to hear locals guides, and try to visit each province with their specialties.
Thanks Ryan for sharing this! I am Chinese and some people maybe didn't know China very well and have no idea about how big it is but I must say that it is so hard to show the full picture of China (but I think you did a very good job!!!) because there are so many provinces with different cultures and ethnic groups that are not only Han but also many other ethnic groups. I haven't been to every place in China even if I have grown up here for 20+ years. Last, Welcome to China!
great video! I grew up here and I travelled over the whole country. I just made a collection of all the provinces in China, never thought of making a video about mountains! thank you for doing that! ❤️

China has good landscape n views... Great wall is iconic china tourist...its very famous n it has been herritage unesco.. Good...friend..happy new year
Having been through SE Asia many times and China twice, they are truly underrated. But you've missed some real pearlers Xi'an - Terracotta Warriors, Tombs and a stunning walled city Guiyang - Qianling Park, Xiashui mountain/buddha, maotai distillery, celebrated ethnic diversity
As a Chinese I’ve travelled lots of countries. I highly suggest you avoid huge city when you visiting China, the traffic could be very annoying… however the mountains and river absolutely worth a go. Just remember to download some translator before you departure, it would be helpful ❤
I've been to Yangshuo and Guilin along the Li River and did the raft tour along with rice terraces. Saw a play at Yangshuo Liu San Jie where they use the Li River and small boats with lighted hills as a backdrop. Most time is spent in Guangdong. Not too far from Guangzhou by rail.
I grew up in China and have been to many of those mentioned places at a very young age. Always thought they were common. Always took them for granted. I moved abroad in my early twienties and that's when I started to realize that those kind of places are actually no where to be found in the rest of the world.
@@RyanShirley I'm from the northeast part of China in a city by the east coast. There aren't many great natual wonders in the northeast, but one that I've been to was the Lake Tianchi (The Heaven Lake) in the Changbai Mountains. It's a crater lake on the border between China and North Korea. You may not find many nice photos by googling it because it's almost always covered in thick clouds/fog and very few got to see the whole lake when they visited it. but if you are one of the lucky ones, it's a pretty amazing view.

My favorite places are Nyingchi(amazing peach blossom), Mt Changbai (reminds me of Crater Lake National Park), Chishui(red rocks and hundreds of waterfalls) and Lijiang old town, Yunnan.
All amazing places! I want to visit Chishui now
Many thanks from China!!!!! really great video, this makes me, a Chinese, realize I should go out more to explore my own country.
Thanks so much Andrew! What part of China are you from?
the city of Nanchang, capital city of Jiangxi province. it's a northern neighboring province to Canton. Ha, China is so vast I guess you have never heard of it. I'm making a plan o travel to western part of China, coz this part has many minority ethinic groups and distinct landscape, which makes it totally different from eastern China. @@RyanShirley
So inspiring.. Great place.. Wonderful n fantastic sharing

Thanks for sharing some of the less known places
Of course! Still so many places I left out

Exploring the Forbidden City is like stepping back in time. The grand architecture and intricate details give you a glimpse into China's imperial past.

Of course! Can’t wait for you to visit
Omg , your voice!!! Can’t stop you listening. God blessed you.❤
I’m so glad you like my voice, sometimes I get people from comments saying they don’t like it 😅
@@RyanShirley haha I’m living in China for 5 years , been to almost all places you showed us ( Excluding Xinjiang and Tibet) , drone operator as well , watched so many videos,- but honestly you’re the best videos/content/ and amazing voice !!! Have no idea how I haven’t met you yet in this vast space of the Internet.😁
I am one of your Chinese fans and I want to say that China is a vast and friendly country. We hope that the COVID-19 epidemic will end at an early date. Welcome to Visit China.

Every administrative region in China has its own unique landscape and culture, especially the Duku Highway in Xinjiang, which is my favorite travel destination! Welcome everyone to travel to China, it will definitely leave you with an unforgettable experience!
我去了全球超过100个目的地,说实话,新疆的风景真的是世界级的,除了热带和滨海景观,复杂的地形和多样的气候,让新疆囊括了几乎全球所有的地貌与风景。
Wow, this is crazy! Looks like a fairy tale land!
There are some amazing places there!
Thank you Ryan for showing some of the beautiful scenary of my country that I wasn't even aware of!
Hi Shirley, welcome to China , so many treasures for you to explore
Thanks Li! What part of China is your favorite?
@@RyanShirley Hi Shirley, it’s hard to say coz every province in China has its own distinctive landscape, but your video already covered the most classic parts of sceneries ,Thank you for sharing and good luck to you in 2022

黄山这么美,我一定要去一次

That makes me so happy! So excited for you to explore some new places in China!
I'm a Chinese person, but obviously you've explored more of China's natural beauty than I have!
Where’s your favorite place to travel in china?
@@RyanShirley I prefer to explore China's urban sceneries, like old villages/towns and stately homes. Maybe that's because I enjoy learning history and architecture.
China is beautiful country china people creative hardworking clever proud of china
Amazing video! I'd love to visit the Great Wall of China. Thanks for sharing;)
Thanks friend! I hope you can visit soon!
That was smooooooth🔥🔥
Thanks Mehrdad!
It is very interesting to see China from a different perspective, comparing with many domestic tourist videos. It might be useful to hear locals guides, and try to visit each province with their specialties.
Thanks friend :) Are you from China?
@@RyanShirley yeah. Really enjoyed your videos! Wish I could travel like you in the future.
So good china top 10 video 🌸
Thanks mate!
Love your Videos !!
Thanks for sharing 🙏🏻!

Thanks Terese! Where should I do next??
New Zealand
Beautiful country my goodness
It sure is beautiful!
Wow, your landscape shots are amazing! How did trees grow up there 1:10? I never knew China had such natural beauty, even though I'm from neighbouring India. Incredible footage.
Pretty insane right! India is incredibly beautiful too :)
Lol. I am sure most of ya all only know about china through CNN, BBC, MSNBC, Sky news, Fox, WION, Epoch Time. All china haters, keep hating.
Omg, It's so beautifoul mate, what I seen in this video did't look like earth..! i love't! I wish to get money to travel the world like u, Ryan!
Ryan...really inspiring video. Have you actually been to all of these places? I've always wanted to go back to China and visit all the natural wonders that you highlighted so nicely in this video!

Having been through SE Asia many times and China twice, they are truly underrated. But you've missed some real pearlers
Xi'an - Terracotta Warriors, Tombs and a stunning walled city
Guiyang - Qianling Park, Xiashui mountain/buddha, maotai distillery, celebrated ethnic diversity
I’d love to see the Terra-cotta Warriors
Amazing cinematography and narration!! And extremely well picked destinations to leave a bit for every kind of traveler.
Thanks so much friend! I gotta do a part 2 soon
@@RyanShirley can't wait!
As a Chinese I’ve travelled lots of countries. I highly suggest you avoid huge city when you visiting China, the traffic could be very annoying… however the mountains and river absolutely worth a go. Just remember to download some translator before you departure, it would be helpful ❤
Great tips!
Beautiful Images and superb presentation Great Thanks
Thanks so much!
5:20 OMG this is my favorite so beautiful! beyond compare!
Such a bizarre landscape!
I grew up in China and have been to many of those mentioned places at a very young age. Always thought they were common. Always took them for granted. I moved abroad in my early twienties and that's when I started to realize that those kind of places are actually no where to be found in the rest of the world.
That's so cool you grew up there! What part of China are you from?
@@RyanShirley I'm from the northeast part of China in a city by the east coast. There aren't many great natual wonders in the northeast, but one that I've been to was the Lake Tianchi (The Heaven Lake) in the Changbai Mountains. It's a crater lake on the border between China and North Korea. You may not find many nice photos by googling it because it's almost always covered in thick clouds/fog and very few got to see the whole lake when they visited it. but if you are one of the lucky ones, it's a pretty amazing view.
What amazing video, thanks for sharing Ryan! Love Love Love it!
Какой же прекрасный Китай, какая везде замечательная природа⛰️😍
Thanks friend 🐼🇨🇳🏔
This video is so underrated. not fair at all. Very well made.
Thanks so much Keith! Hopefully it’ll get more views!
