Hi Prof. I received a test which I was supposed to color the correct box option green for my answer. I am unable/ don't know how to edit the ppt in order to do this. I got a notification that the ppt was an older version. I tried switching to Microsoft ppt where I saved the document to the drive and I was able to click slide show and then hide presenter view. Then, I could tick the correct box by drawing a line. But I don't know how to save it because whenever I finish ticking the boxes, I don't see any option to save and then I'm back to square one. Please help🙏

Hi Himanshi, Try going to File, Save As, and changing the name and saving it to your Desktop. That should free up editing options for you. I hope this helps you out.
The PPT presentation I need to edit is only one page long with multiple text boxes, one of which I need to edit. Going to Outline View does not show any of this text on the left. Clicking twice on the particular text box to edit it, forces me to retype the line in question to make the edit, but doing this causes the text to not fit. No online instructions address the issues I'm having. Help....
Hi Webdaadi, When you open the file, you should see a yellow bar right below the ribbon near the top of the window. On that bar, it should say "Enable Editing" in a white click-box. Click on Enable Editing and you should be able to edit your presentation.
Hi Wascar, Yeah, you can add any text to a slide with a text box. Just go to the insert tab and click text box and add any information to the slide that you'd like.
Hi Lisa, From what I remember, they do not. If they do, it was only a question or two and I must have forgot about it. I took the test 2 years ago so it's a little foggy at this point, sorry.

Make sure that your version of PowerPoint is active. You can also try saving it to a different location and seeing if it will open from there. Let me know if this helps Taia.
That's a strange problem to have. Make sure that your version of PowerPoint is updated and your subscription is active. If it is not, it will not let you save anything.

If I download any ppt dummy from internet some of the content is not even selectable. How to make that selectable ?
