I'm having issues with the rubber base not holding in place, it keeps getting bent and litter goes behind the rubber and it keeps doing it over and over no matter how many times I clean the rubber and the box and remove all the litter from below it. Please, if there's a fix or something that might be causing this let me know. Thanks!
Do you need to press something after adding new litter? Mine thinks it's a cat doing business and I get mssg and it goes to clean mode,half new litter ends in waste bag
I bought this about a week and a half ago, and I am taking it back tomorrow. It starts turning when my cat is inside, which causes him to jump out and poo the entire way out (which is a mess). He has never pooped or pee'd outside of his litter box until we got this one. The problem is that if he has to go "to the bathroom" and this stupid litter box is moving...he had to use it elsewhere. It's way more time consuming than a normal litter box. I'm sure the $700 one works great, but this one definitely has problems. I thought this would help save me time, but it's nothing but a disappointment. It's no where near the $378 I paid for it. Ugh.
Hi. I unplugged mine and changed the location. When I plugged it back in and it started the cycle, it now dumps all the litter in the garbage bag and stops. Might you have any suggestions as to what I could try to get it to work properly again? Thank you.

I ended up taking the internal litter mat out to clean and now it won't stay attached, resulting in litter falling between it and the drum every time it cleans. I thought it was able to be removed and I might installing it wrong? Any advice?

Ive used pine pellet litter and green tea pellet litter and it gets stuck in the rake inside 😣 The Arm&Hammer hard clumping litter makes it too wet on the inside 😖😖😖

He comprado este arenero hace unos 15 días y todo funcionaba bien. En la app podía ver qué gato entraba (kg) y el tiempo que estaban. La limpieza se hacía automáticamente. Desde hace 6 días la app no me detecta nada y tampoco hace la limpieza automática, tengo que darle yo a limpiar en la app. Hoy tampoco me marca ese aviso en la página principal. ¿Alguien puede decirme cómo solucionarlo? Ya desinstalé y volví a instalar y nada. Gracias

I sent this back after 14hrs. Litter was going absolutely everywhere, and the waste wasn't being cleaned into the "garbage bag" properly. Seems there's a lot of fake reviews on Amazon for this product.

What is the difference between clumping Time and cleaning interval in settings?
This litter gets soo messy and gross in the wastebin when you need to change it. How do you clean the inside??
i change the bag weekly and do a complete litter change every 2 months - in between you just add fresh litter

Litter does not stay at center and is always on one side. How to get it centered? Have tried everything to calibrate it but does not work.
I am wondering if the litter leveling have something to do with that. I don't know what to put it on but will play with it.

It is not needed, but convenient. You can also leave it on automatic, so anytime your cat goes to the bathroom, it will clean.

check door to trash bag - see if it’s stuck or if new tape holding closed
Unfortunately this is normal, it happened here too, but then the dirt goes back into the trash again.

I'm using clumping litter, name is Tigerino Canada and it works very well, clumping time set at 15 minutes.

I noticed this sometimes happens, I think it's the sensor being triggered it should resume after a few minutes

You have to calibrate it, I think there is that option in the app. In any case, the weight measurement is never accurate.
