Just a tip my mum taught me when I make my meatloaf, lay your rasher of bacon out and with the top end of the blade of a knife not the sharp bit gently stretch it out, this thins it nicely for wrapping stuff and goes much further.
Just loving your videos Kerry. You've given me so many great recipes. I very rarely make stuffing as I'm allergic to Sage of all things lol. Your pigs in blankets with bells on looks amazing. Thank you so much for sharing xxx
Lovely recipe thank you I might have it with roast potato and red cabbage,Kerry you can stretch the bacon with the back of a normal eating knife, love your channel
Hi Kerry, I’m starting to get used to my Ninja air fryer. Did roasted rosemary potatoes tonight. They were fantastic! I’ll certainly try these. It’s just our son coming to us this year. This would be perfect for Christmas Eve! Merry Christmas! 🎄❄️⛄️🎅🏻🇨🇦 (And, do we ever have snow!)
Just looking at Morrisons on line delivery. They do stuffing balls with pork, cranberry and apple. Just slice your sausages, add the stuffing balls , add some Brie, wrap in streaky job done. That with bubble and squeak for Boxing Day breakfast!
The ultimate pigs in blankets Kerry,my favourite Christmas trimmings,I would leave out the cranberry as I don't like it,you could have one or two of them with the roasters etc instead of turkey, every Christmas Costa does a bacon brie and cranberry panini but I don't buy it because of the cranberry, but 'yippee' this year they have changed it to bacon brie and chili jam and it's delicious,we didn't feel hungry tonight so we just had garlic crackers and brie for our dinner 😋great recipe once again flower 💕Xx
Yes wow, they looked great and I will try them soon. Had you already cooked the stuffing before putting it in the sausage? Imagine that in a Yorkshire pudding yum.
Hi Dorinda👋😀💕the stuffing balls weren't cooked - just formed into ball shapes (that bit is a bit unnecessary but I went into automatic stuffing mode with the mix!) Hmmm actually that sounds delish in a Yorkshire 😋
Evening Kerry. Shannon sent me these on tiktok the other day, I would have to substitute the cheese as I don't like that kind of cheese but loveeee everything else. What a shame you are tasked with taste testing these 😂😂. You wouldn't need anything else to eat with these 🙈😂. These definitely look amazing. Thank you, Kerry, for another great vlog. Xxxx Jacs 💚 ♥️
Hi Karen, I just get some cranberries (the fruit) from sainsburys or asda - lidl don't sell it in its fruit raw state. I just boil it much like jam cooking (with some sugar to taste) and that's it! Here is a link th-cam.com/video/U9Wc28f0k6o/w-d-xo.htmlsi=fqzq4gguafcovMws
Hi Kerry, they look so tasty!! Would make a main meal with mash potatoes and veg, they look such a generous portion. Thank you, take care.
I just like them as they are meant to be wee little chipolatas with streaky bacon easy to make your own avoiding hiked up prices of supermarkets....
Brilliant idea and such a generous portion like you said they could make a meal. I’d have some with crusty bread and pickles yummmmm.
😋 Yum
Not for the traditional Xmas day lunch, but what a star for the Boxing Day buffet!
Oh yes! I'm definitely going to make some for the freezer - then the hard work is done for a buffet lunch over the xmas week! 🎅😋
Never seen pigs in blankets like theses xx. They look interesting
Thank you Jennifer 👋😀💕I thought the same, had to try them out!😋
I had pigs in blankets with apple and cranberry yesterday and they were so tasty 😊
Oh that sounds delish Jacqui, I must try some with apple sauce😋😋😋
I like the idea of the bacon being abit more crispy in the reheated one
I agree Jennifer😋😋😋bacon must be crisper - that is bacon lore 👌
Lovely addition to a Boxing Day buffet and so easy especially when you can make in advance 👍

Love your channel, but you are setting a bad example by tasting food so hot as it damages the throat.
