    This part here looks a little bit burnt, but that's only because it's a little bit burnt on that part there, it's not because it's burnt it just looks a little burnt because it just a touch burnt, there. That's all it is, it's just a little burnt.

    I just picked up a second hand KJIII and am following a few of your recipes to get acquainted. I also admit to now having a glass of whiskey (Irish, not Scotch) on hand for cooks and if it doesn't improve the quality of the food, if definitely improves my mood. These videos are class. Glen, on the vid you say add 2 tsp of magic concoction, your list shows over 4 tbsp of magic concoction ingredients. Are you saying make a bigger batch as per your list and take 2 tsp from it for this recipie? Also why add after the first dry mix up? why not just put it in with the first lot of spices especially when some are the same? Thanks in advance Chris UK

    • @glensaussiebbq4823
      @glensaussiebbq4823  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Christopher Nurse yeah exactly right mate. Bigger batch and keep the leftovers in an air tight jar for next time. The reason behind putting it in seperate to the first batch of spices is, you can add less or more of the magic concoction to suit your own tastes. Gives you a bit more control. Cheers
