Great Video. I got mine all put back together and the clutch lever won't retract... almost like the springs aren't doing their job... tearing it apart again.
Why do u got to have it started while ur draining oil? Seems sketchy to me I don’t know much about bikes and 4 wheelers cuz I don’t do that when I change my cars oil
thank god for this video lol, no one else has a video for a 300ex, so did you guys just use an impact to take the nut off at 3:31? I've read that you need some sort of special tool.
@@rt_pursuit_mike I had replaced the clutch plates a month prior and I did a complete rebuild not to long ago so sense it was sitting with new clutch plates and wasn’t running they got stuck together I took it apart and put it back together like 15 times and it decided to start working. The 350x is a beast I crashed it a few days ago it bucked me off I need a lee front fender and my front tire is slightly tweaked

Can use grease the hold the gasket on too
It makes it come off easier next time, and it helps seal.

Maybe let people know torque specs on springs it’s 7ft lbs

Rush_Recon sorry I didn’t explain this better I used an impact with a 27mm socket I didn’t need any special tool

Shift forks maybe damaged. Mine stuck in neutral. Gotta replace shift forks
