The only thing I would reccomend with this video is also showing the "rest" positions. In my classes we take rag doll, where we stand, bring the silks to our shoulder blades, and bend like a forward fold. That helps with the blood that just rushed to your head and stabilizes you.
Do you prefer the steel rings or the aerial 8 when rigging your hammock? I have both pieces of equipment but noticed you're using the aerial 8 piece and wanted to know how it performs for you. :)

What happens if you over flip the handstand?
Does the silk come in the right size? So and it appears you need two hooks. This looks like great exercise. And fun. How far apart do the hooks need to be?
I put mine 16 inches. About big enough that you can stand between. You will need to tie it up and you'll want to make sure the silk is a little above your hips because you'll be pressing it down.
I personally recommend spacing them about as wide as or a bit wider than one's own measurement from shoulder to shoulder.

Oh boy just got my hammock today. Let me tell you when you wrap it around your legs and sit up in it like she shows it it definitely hurts probably as much as you think it would very uncomfortable. And I am about as thin as this girl. Anybody else here living Salt Lake City or West Jordan Utah like me? Anybody?

Mine hurts too. I have parachute type fabric. I’m going to buy the silks she said she uses and see if it makes a difference
@@itseasybeezy believe me it won't I got mine from AUM active and I really like it and you can do a lot of cool stuff without that way of wrapping it around your legs. But for sure it's not going to hurt any less with getting a yoga hammock instead of using the parachute material
Yes I would definitely recommend getting one from Aerial Essentials or Getting Inverted because their quality is amazing and you will for sure feel a deference.

Your body adjusts don't stay upside down more that 15-20 seconds to start. If you have a stuffy nose and pressure on your head I'd hold off till you feel better. It gets better the longer you practice.

you know you can just go and buy a real aerial silk so then you can put a note at the bottom to where you can take it so then you would also have a hammock and an aerial silk at the same time.
