Cuphead Low Damage Challenge: One Hell of a Time

Going up against the Devil in One Hell of a Time! The Cuphead Low Damage Challenge is a self-enforced challenge with a few rules:
Must use Chaser weapon
Must use Twin Heart Charm (decreases damage output significantly)
No using Supers or meter at all
Must play on Expert Difficulty
