They should have pride in that house. What a wonderful home. The inside is so livable and comfortable, and the outside living areas are just beautiful. And I love that kitchen. Even if I was single, I'd build me a full-sized kitchen. I cook a lot for just myself, and even then I need a lot of fridge, pantry, and storage space. I don't know how others have small kitchens.

Thank you. I think the most wonderful part of building this house with John is how our relationship grew stronger. We built this house in our first year of marriage and once we were done, I truly felt no matter what obstacles that come across our path I know we have the strength to get through it. Truly a blessing.

What a sweet couple! I can't say enough about how fantastic their home is, including everything they've done outside. It's all so lovely, cozy and comfy and just a place I'd be thrilled to call home. Animals, included! I especially love the outside space and the kitchen. That green in the kitchen is really great.

John & Rachel's tiny home is really cozy, homey, and well designed for them and their pets. I love both the exterior and interior of their home, which seems so spacious with lots of windows, plants, and personal touches. The brick wallpaper looks real! Enjoy your life in your tiny. Jenny

Thank you! Working with wallpaper was a challenge, but once I got the hang of it, it is a wonderful way add a lot of color and depth to walls without adding in a lot of weight into the trailer.
Everything about this story makes my heart happy. Lovely and extremely well planned home… stunning location.. the bees 🐝 they way they have become “family” with the landowner… the reuse of water… living in harmony and in a beautiful way that they give back. Paradise ♥️

This is without a doubt the nicest Tiny I've ever seen - I dream of having one, but my state doesn't see it my way - and I'm now 75 so the lofts wouldn't be easy for me. I love this one.
I'm 70 and look wistfully also Probably won't happen for me but so happy the tiny house movement has taken off For many owning a home won't just be a dream It can be a reality 🙂

I love your house so glad you are both happy, you could move the washer and dryer to an outside shed that could be built on the deck or under the overhang. This would give you the space in the bathroom for clothes etc. wishing you both the best, enjoy each moment
Thank you Jennifer that great suggestion! I never even considered having our washer and dryer on the outside of the house and freeing up that space for a closet. Definitely will consider. 🤔

Lives large for sure! Still just 500 sqft with lofts but with that amazing deck, much bigger!
Hands down the prettiest, most livable "tiny home" I have ever seen. There isn't anything tiny about the functionality of this beautiful home.

A very nice home with warm ,calming colors really makes it come together the green on slate blue goes together so seamlessly and the medium dark wood makes it seem more like a classic home .

Finally, I found a family with plenty of critters in a tiny home! The land owner couldn't have found more amazing tenets and vice versa. I love the deck and the amazing scenery and view.

John has been wanting to have bee colones for as long as I've known him and I'm sure even longer than that, but has always lived within the city and it was hard to have them until we moved to the mountains. They bring so much importance to the property helping the plants thrive, and make everything bloom so beautifully.

This is a fabulous home & a lovely couple in a perfect natural setting. Everything they did is wonderful & suits their needs. Building the home together, adding the huge deck, solar panels, grey water system, it's a private mini paradise.
Really admire the idea of living in harmony with the property owner, to co-op for the grounds, garden, horses, bees & assist with building maintenance or chores. It's a mutually beneficial relationship for all to enjoy. Wishing them a long, happy, healthy life together!

This is a wonderful tiny home! I love the environment that have created with the decking, garage, etc outside. Amazing! This is just what my husband and I want to do.
There's so much to love about their home. I'm in love with both their full-size kitchen and bathroom with both the full-size tub and laundry. The inside outside dining setup is fantastic. I also like their bedroom with its king-size bed. Their deck and plants just expand their living space but also gives it a sense of an actual yard like a full-size home would have. What a great couple.

Thank you Mindy for that sweet and flattering comment. That made me feel so good to hear that our house was so inspirational! One of the reason that really influenced me in wanting to share my tiny home on this channel was to show that normal people can live full time in tiny homes just as any other additional home, and be just as happy. John and I put a lot of work into this house to make it feel cozy and charming, as well as livable and functional. Honestly, since living in our tiny house I have not missed living in a traditional home, if anything, when we travel or spend time in friends or family traditional homes, I find myself missing my tiny house.

Awesome home...irs a beautiful area. I'm a little scared for her mother climbing those stairs though.
Momma B has only fallen off the stairs twice, both times alcohol was a contributing factor. I definitely keep an eye on her now if she’s climbing that ladder after more than 2 glasses of wine.
