PayPal is an American company operating a worldwide online payment system that supports online money transfers and serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods like checks and money orders.
Established in 1998, PayPal had its initial public offering in 2002 and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of eBay later that year. In 2014, eBay announced plans to spin-off PayPal into an independent company. Today, PayPal has over 200 million users worldwide.

Anyone who has used paypal for business long enough can tell you a nightmare about them holding your funds hostage for months.
Isn't it wiser to transfer the money to your bank account as soon as you get it rather than keeping it all on paypal ?

When I heard the narrator in the video that you help with creating ones own TH-cam channel, it caught my interest, so I subscribed to your channel.
I signed up for Paypal so I could sell stuff on Ebay. Sold an old Gba game I had for like $10 or something and Paypal held on to the money. It said something about verifying something and that I should have my money in a few days. It has now been 6 years and I still haven't gotten that money. I have refused to use anything with Paypal since then.

Sending money via PayPal is awful & dated. It's a crazy hassle. By comparison, Venmo and anything similar is like digging a hole with a backhoe while PayPal is like digging a hole with a spoon.
It's worth noting that Venmo is owned by PayPal. They're very aware of the trends in the online payment industry.
Sending money specifically through PayPal is an awful experience.
Just take out the middleman and use BITCOIN
Alexander Santoro why? What's your problem? Is it so difficult to write the email and the amount of money you want to send? I can't imagine it being simpler.
Want to buy something online? Just log in with paypal and you don't have to create an account on the website you're buying it and the website has all your information they need and you have already paid. Just by logging in. I'm so happy there is something like paypal, because otherwise buying things online would be an awful experience, especially without a credit card.

I'm actually studying Business Administration! But Chemistry has always been a very intriguing topic for me, which is why I try to weave it into the videos whenever I can.

Love the channel. In that last section you mentioned you use Premier and Photoshop. Learn After Effects too. Its the perfect link between Photoshop and Premier. I'd do most of the video in After Effects once you learn the program. With Adobe CC the workflow has become amazing. Using Dynamic Link you can adjust a sequence in Aftereffects and it instantly updates it in Premier. Good luck.

Thanks for the suggestion! We actually do use After Effects, but only for scenes that are a bit more complex. You'll notice that most of the time we just slide images in and out (which might sound simple, but is still a lot of work!), so we primarily use Premiere and just import the After Effects sequences into it.

PayPal is the worst nightmare for small businesses. Customers got so used to it, they expect to be able to check out with PayPal and the fees are horrendous making it much more difficult to grow. They are pretty much a monopoly. Very unhealthy monopoly.

I personally love PayPal for it's convenience because I don't have to whip out my card to buy something online. There is something about it that is just so smooth and operational for me. From buying a bus ticket, online purchases.

Yeah, I lost $70 because of PayPals shady policies. I actually read their terms of service and other polices like that, and what can I say, there's a lot of weird shady shit in them.
Believe it or not, we've been using PayPal for our Patreon page for almost a year now, and still haven't had any trouble! But yeah, I know a lot of my friends have had to deal with their shady policies in the past.
