Eating the same food everyday for 15 years does not equate to top shape. Neither does running a bunch of miles everyday.
It's hard to believe that Skip is 70, he looks at least 10y younger and his energy is even better. I gained a lot of respect to him after hearing about his fitness and diet routines.

That's crazy why I would have never thought skip was 70 he's in great shape skip to be somewhat of a role model to men that stopped working out Fitness is the key all these people with body aches and pains are the people that don't stretch and work out skip sets a good example if stay in shape and physically fit you'll feel better and more healthier

It's 2am and I got home from work early, so I was kinda bored, not up to much. But, lo and behold, instead of researching better job opportunities, really figuring out what to go to school for, or just listening to music or doing anything fun, here I am, utterly interested in why Skip does this. He's pretty sharp for a 70 yr old man. In all honesty, although he has blasphemous takes, he articulates those takes in a way that almost makes sense and sometimes actually does. Anyway. Skip is good entertainment. Him and Shannon are basically my background music every time I do chores or stuff. I'd like to think I at least gained some speech points listening to them lol
I have always loved Skip ever since he debated and won almost have debate vs Stephen A I’m first take. It was sad to see him leave ESPN in 2016. But his new show Undisputed has not been on for 6 years and it is great cause he EATS us Shanon all the time. I really enjoy Skips logic when it comes to sports and health. He will be 71 in December and J just turned 33 and he is in way way BETTER shape than I am. Props to you Skip Bayless for being well disciplined in your diet and career.

That's actually pretty smart to just order 5 chicken and brocc lunch specials from the local chinese takeout and save them for the rest of the week like meal prep. But health wise, the sodium in the sauce that they use probably isn't the best for Skip at his age but he works out enough to cancel that out so Skip's living life to the fullest

It’s impressive but I feel like he doesn’t enjoy his life. Not saying you need to indulge constantly but every once in a while I feel like is healthy. Even body builders/professional athletes enjoy a nice cheat meal every so often. There’s no balance for skip.
