@@champion.... Mine has been fixed. You need to do birth attestation on NPC portal that costs 20.78$ because i don’t live in Nigeria. Once the attestation is done, download the certificate and go back to NIN page and upload the certificate then follow the instructions

You can put your correct date of Birth while filing the Birth Certificate Attestation form. Then you can use the birth certificate Attestation form to correct your date of birth.
