Sir, for taking State Bank of India PPF amount accumulated of my father who expired in april 19,2021 and his second son expired on april 15, 2021. 4 days gap. Second son was made nominee for PPF amount. As per RBI guidelines we brought succession certificate from court by mentioning all legal heirs. After paying lawyer charges and court charges, again SBI bank is insisting on indemnity bond with one surety and affidavit with two witness for releasing PPF amount. For court we have produced no objection letter from all legal heirs, and court judge has verified all KYC of legal heirs with original family tree. My question is after all legal procedure why again bank asking indemnity bond and affidavit. To whom we hv to contact sir.
Please youtube watchers do not fall for these type of false videos. There are number of private lenders who charge 20-25% interest for loans. If you miss even one installment they will charge penalty and also harass you and your relatives also by obtaining your contact numbers. Banks are providing loons at low interest of 13-14% and also provides loans for small business, small street vendors, educational loans, loans to middle class for purchasing vehicles, housing loans @ 8-9% interest.Banks are providing these loans out of Deposits made by middle class and other sections of society. Banks need to pay 5-7% interest on these deposits. Gap between interest rates and deposits rates are coming down. Banks need to charge for other services in order to survive. Banks need to pay salaries, and manage other administration expenses. If they give every service for free Banks have to shut down. Do not mislead public.
