Hey Abdou, if you meant how is the bass quality, well, it has a great overall sound quality but it's not a high-fidelity or premium quality like the high-end expensive earbuds or headphones .. but it does the job, great sound in music and whoever i'm calling is able to hear my voice pretty good as well as long as there is no strong wind.

Try putting them in the case then get them out and long-press both of them for +15 seconds or so till they power off and then on again in sync. Hope this may help ..

I use them only for some music while on the road, a phone call or so, single tap for vol up/down, double tap for play/pause and triple taps for music forward/backward. Other than this, no idea about anything else :D ! Oh and i like the LED lights thing!
When you hold the right ear bud down for two seconds you’re supposed to be going into game mode but you’re not sure if you’re in game mode or out of game mode because the woman speaking in Chinese
They are working perfectly fine with me, so i would suggest that you return to where you bought them and maybe they would have a warrenty or some returning/replacement policy or so.
I tried voice calling my friends with these and they said that my voice was muffled pretty badly, I heard that this one is pretty good for calling aswell, any thoughts? A fix maybe?
Unfortunately, no obvious way to know that :D ! it 'd have been better if the outer LED line were showing the charging status of the earbuds and the case.

My ear buds cannot connect to each other. They only connect separately. I don't know how to factory reset.

Yea, i noticed the Chinese woman speaking as well, yet i use it for brief phone calls and listening to some music. 😅😅

I think that some models are intended to be sold inside China only, that's why you can't change it's language.

I made a few calls with it, they heard me clearly as long as there was no wind, it's badly affected by wind like most other budget earbuds.
