Is there a specific setup path I should take for grouping Subs? Say we have Memberships and I want to upsell from tier 1 to tier 2. Or a user realizes they'd like to move from 1 to 2. Is there some functionality around this?
Amazing features but I have a few questions. 1. If you have 100 users on one subscription and one of them wants to cancel, pause etc.. it will affect all the others or is this feature available individually? 2. Will it automatically send out email notification about the changes?
Is there a way to prevent the cancellation subscription option? Just so that, members have to actually contact you to cancel, compared to having such easy access to cancel?
Like at 5:35 in this video, where you can cancel for your member if they ask you. But they also have the ability to cancel their own membership correct? Is there a way to prevent this.

When will you be able to import Stripe Subscriptions? That’s the only thing that keeps us from switching to SC.
I’ve been asking that since day 1 in the fb group. I used restrict content pro and I’ve been manually getting clients to switch.

upon restoring a canceled subscription, will the customer restart the free trial period if one was in place? and /or setup fee?
If a customer cancels their subscription and then restores it, they will not restart the free trial period or setup fee.
