I was going to post almost exactly what you posted. Gutted for Lahiri, but if it had to happen, glad to see Sergio get past the playoff slump in his home country. Also was great to see a tournament where everyone wasn’t -20. But man, that two footer on 18 is gonna haunt him for a while 😑
On a side note, how good has Hatton been in the past month? Did well at the US Open, won Nashville, and great showing here. Could be a challenger next week.
I am a big crushers fan, but I was never so happy to see Sergio finally win one. He has been so close so many times. What a better place to get the win.
