If you shoot someone down you have to keep shooting, if you stop shooting and move on you (or someone else) have to render aid to the person you shot, if he were to be sniping a red cross tent or something full of non combatant medics than hed be full war crime status, but in squad everyone is armed and everyone can be shot so yeah, btw how do you think snipers ( the person not a high caliber rifle) work? Under your comment literally every sniper would be commiting war crimes on the daily
@@churrosmcgee624 Its WAY more tactical to wound a soldier than outright kill him .... Wounded take resources, time, risk... if youre lucky he wont be back for quite some while, if at all.... All the logistics around a wounded soldier takes ALOT of money

I am not talking about 400-500m kill action (recon is best for that situation unless you're really good at zeroing enemies at that distance), its more of 100 - 300m in compact maps with lots of Urban environment. They will need an armor to intervene or LATS/HATS to take you out, they will need to expend more resources onto ONE enemy target instead of your entire squad element. Anyone with binoculars can do a similar job of reconing, its the weapon's capacity to supress and lethally kill unawared enemy squad at a specific point.

Magnification in Squad is all sorts of fucked up. All variable scopes got turned into fixed power optics. Not only that, the FOV is different in each optics cause the magnification to be different. When you compare 4X scope among each faction, you realized that some scopes are more "zoom in" than others.
No I don't cause if a sniper could hit you from across the map making all the infantry guns useless just no. Also including the fact squad is supposed to be fun and it wouldn't be fun if you can just get picked from 2500 meters away

It's not called blindly firing into the smoke when you see the stationary target IE the dead body and simply leave your crosshairs there and just pull rounds off...

They duck their heads down they stop what they're doing. Therefore they cannot revive therefore they are not advancing and unless you're putting yourself out there to where you're visible, you should be able to lay around down. Keep their heads down, allowing your team to advance on them. That's all I'm saying

By the way no real sniper with choses to go up a crane to protect the squad you're too exposed for one you have no exit plan for two and you can be easily spotted I'm just saying this in a real-life scenario.
Honestly I learned exactly how important it is to stay with your squad especially as a sniper. I once downed over 10 enemy players I got killed and only got two kills. If I was with my squad they would've continued the engagement and I would've ended up with more kills. Don't ever lonewolf it. Find the best vantage point you can around your squad.
I think ppl who get sniped shouldn't be revived nobody can revive them to make snipers scary and effective or at least the ones who got sniped in the head.
They had it on head shots before, they keep rolling back unrevivable for whatever reason. But it was large calibur head shots, or if you got killed within 60 seconds after being revived already.

Just because your not making them bleed tickers by killing them doesnt mean your useless, you are delaying thier movements, depleting thier medical resources thier smoke grenades. and giving thier location away for your squad to finish them off. you are doing a ton for the team as a good sniper

I just had an awesome match on Fallujah on that very same spot, I tried to be very selective with my shots, tried to remain hidded for most of my time up there (I spent like 45 mins and got 18 kills :D). Lots of fun!
I get pumped seeing beast in squad. Legit game is so difficult so being a savage means something. Funny how you get nothing to upgrade or rewards but getting a kill feels better and more rewarding than any other fps. *GOODNIGHT* that boy said night night. Dirt nap if I ever seen one 1:53
nikolai that was nice team work and overwatch u gave me with that sniper if not i probably would of had to trying and get that radio like 4 more times, also nice video was funny playing a couple rounds together.
I got some time with that role the other day and had a blast. I even killed two riflemen trying to shoot at me within 30 meters. I found more use of it going solo and assisting the FOB push than being with the squad.
Even if you couldn't actually kill these guys you still were a huge help to the team, calling out enemy positions and downing a lot of them which distracts their team mates trying to revive them giving your team even more of a chance to finish them off
Just had a crazy game like this on MANIC-5. Me and 2 others flanked the dam, dodged enemy logi's, and ended up breaking 3 FOBs/Radios, and ended with me spotting for my sniper at a 4th FOB when the game ended. Extremely satisfying.

Nice gameplay, although you have to realize that you cannot shoot more then 3 shots from 1 spot before the enemy will know your position for possible counter attack.
Actually getting hit by a tank shot will give you a shorter time to bleed out. And sometimes if an explosion is bug enough you go straight back to the respawn menu

I really love the fact that the method to climb the crane is by literally jumping up every step instead of a ladder animation or something.
It's a ladder that isn't meant to be climbed, but since it's a step-ladder, and at an angle, you're able to hop up each rung. Gotta beat the system.
