Not super related but felt like sharing. Haven’t played for a long while and got an itch to play after too much Elden Ring and loaded it up. Missed that update was coming and the green rain started. The green rain was glitched for me, literally no one in town or in houses. I had goosebumps. Next year the rain went as it should but noticed a lot of odd things around the world. Guess my save file didn’t like the update? Still, love this game lol

Mostly my issues were like a building in farm moved over a space or 3 (could tell cause fence was overlayed a bit on building and a few other map issues) some of my tappers disappeared off trees but that’s not really that bad. Seems to have mostly fixed itself over time as I played through another year… but glitches like this can be fun.
Actually the very first time you live through the green rain, people won’t be outside or inside their house. Instead you will find them at the saloon (which opened earlier) and freaking out because of the green rain. (Except from some like Pierre’s family who stayed at their store or Robin’s with Demetrius trying to study the green rain in his research suit) As the years go by, NPCs will get used to it and live through it as if everything is normal This event is a great addition because it really feels like they are alive and able to think and fear like us x) and also the fact that they don’t gaf after some points lol
@@DrawDreams.studio ohhh thank you for sharing! No wonder! My farm was in Year 5 when 1.6 rolled in so all the NPCs were present when I had the event 👀 they didn't comment on the rain on the exact day too

@@Junimopris Hi! I believe you'd only be able to buy your current spouses' portrait because I also saw everyone's 14 heart events but only Shane's (my current spouse) was at the Traveling Merchant
