I need a candid suggestion / advice from anyone who currently reside in Noida Extension? I'm planning to move into the Noida extension area with my family (mom & sis) on rent in the 3+1 or 4 BHK segment? (just for an observation). To be honest, I'm completely dependent on public transport (sharing autos, uber / metro) for my day to day work. Out of the below mentioned projects / societies which society shall i choose for for a living purpose? Is it?

Some say, gaur city 1, & sector 1 is worthy, while some say sky garden, panchsheel & ajnara (near 1 murti gol-chakkar) are worst for a family? What shall I do next?

If You are thinking of taking a 3+1 or 4 bhk on rent, I would say don't, instead buy the property itself if required take loan and pay the amount as emi that you were going to give as rent

Now its under IRP. It will take some time as the finishing work is going on. But Don't worry, I understand the project has been delayed too much but in a year it will be delivered
