I dont know about what legendary gloves you would look for but the paingorgers can be farmed at the beast of ice boss which you need the material distilled fear for which can be found by farming nightmare dungeons 31+
Thank you and definitely, the only reason i use kick is because im using wrath of the berserker, they synergise very well because you get more damage with wrath of the berserker when you spend 50fury and kick lets you use all of your fury so its free dmg boost

Currently im leveling a barb, hoping to see him strong at pvp
