I'm a teacher in New Zealand and I am going to show this clip to the kids at my school to try and inspire them to think of others more often. I think what you are doing is amazing and inspirational, keep up the good work.
Congratulations Katie!! A cause right after my heart!!! You are one amazing young woman! Keep it up and may your care and effort be returned to you tenfold!
This young teen is inspiring & selfless...there are those that say "I want" to make a difference (No commitment) and there are those that catch a vision and realize that "I want to" has no power, and speak declarations from "I AM creating" which activates the forces of intention & manifestation NOW!!! Yes there are a host of adversities on the planet that we face daily individually & collectively...we have the choice to be overwhelmed & cynical or we can rise to the opportunity to begin to make a difference right where we are...every great achievement began with taking "seemingly small" steps...your complaint is your assignment. Be the solution...Be what is missing and see how powerful you actually are.

Amazing! God bless you dear :)
You are an Amazing girl and an importation for others.
Good job katie
she is nice brave smart and careing

She is amazing. Most adults wouldn't do this.
Her website says she grew the original cabbage when she was in 3rd grade so about about 8 or 9 not 14.
I can see no downside to this. This is nothing but positive for those involved and the community.
wow!!unconsciously she is making a difference.i hope she will be helped.Food is the basic need of people.
She’s now 20 :) hope she’s still working
She is! I just helped today.
Would it be ok with you if I share this with a class that I teach online? Thanks!
