A bit of trivia on PSY. Don’t know if you were aware or know it, but Psy debuted in 2002 and didn’t intend to be a singer.l, instead he just wanted to compose songs. But he wasn’t really getting anything so before he choose to quit entirely, he decided to sing his songs hoping to get attention from labels, and the rest is history He’s considered as a legend in Kpop. I think it was back in 2016, when one of his songs won at a Kpop music show, usually artists leave the stage for the winner to get the spotlight, but nobody wanted to leave Psy and so jammed to the song. Psy is CEO of his own big label now and IMO a marketing genius. He said in an interview he lost sleep over excitement and nerves for days after Suga cold called him with the song idea. The fact this started not as Psys idea to recruit Suga but full on Suga having the confidence to just call up Psy who he has met but that’s it. Forbes listed Suga as the most in demand Producer and collaboration but this is going to shoot him up higher on everyone’s lists. His versatility is crazy and you are right he totally stole the MV. I ADORE this collab! Psy is actually legendary in Kpop. In Korea he's had a huge career, and now runs one of the most artist-friendly labels in SK. That he got Suga to participate this much (he notoriously hates choreo, even though he nails it like a pro.) is just freaking awesome and hilarious. I love it!
Let's not forget Psy is 44 freaking years old and is still killing it in dancing. Suga of course is an amazing producer, dancer, rapper and to see them both together in one video is so cool being a kpop fan for all these years! Best collab of 2022

I just hoped they didn't over simplified the English translation of the lyrics on the MV, especially Yoongi's verse. We have armys that were willing to translate, and seeing their translations, I came to realize that the lyrics could have more nuance.

Did you see Suga's interview about the song? He's got the call about writing and producing the song and Psy says he must meet with Suga in person before any deal is reached by the time this project was done, Suga help write & produced, was a feature in and danced in the dance video. Psy lured Suga. Then in Psy's interview, he has this evil/maniacal laugh. It's priceless. And now they talk as if they are the best of friends even with the age gap. Renee told you the fandom thinks of Suga as a cat, yes we do. His cat name is: Lil Meow Meow.

I love the song so much, it cheers me up and also i love the visuals, their sound and the dance. the lyrics are so great and i didn't expect the MV to fascinate me a lot. they collab really well
Psy is CEO of his own big label now and IMO a marketing genius. He said in an interview he lost sleep over excitement and nerves for days after Suga cold called him with the song idea. The fact this started not as Psys idea to recruit Suga but full on Suga having the confidence to just call up Psy who he has met but that’s it. Forbes listed Suga as the most in demand Producer and collaboration but this is going to shoot him up higher on everyone’s lists. His versatility is crazy and you are right he totally stole the MV. He said it “I’m the king I’m the boss”. I’m obsessed.
I've watched "Reactions" to "That That" all day and night, thank you for commenting on the car. When I first saw it I thought of the car in AugustD's Daewitcha (sp). You are the only Reactor to notice the car too! I think it's the same car repainted!

I went back to the Daechwita video and it DOES look like the same car, but different color (in this video, the car was black with blue accents to match Psy's suit); the car in Daechwita was black with mustard yellow accents.
